Best place for pets. They have dog bowls and pillows and towels just for your pets. Super comfortable for everyone.

Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

Wholeheartedly recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Flims-Laax for a skiing trip! -Underground car park with direct access to the hotel, heated ski-locker and elevator. There is also a shower here so you can ski the whole day after checking out, and still take a shower before you leave. -Location is spot-on. 100 meters from the Bergbahn and all rental places. Shopping center is also nearby where you have a supermarket and some other stuff and restaurants. -Staff is extremely helpful with all inquiries and respond super quickly. -Access to the hotel and the rooms is with a passcode so you don’t have to take room keys with you when skiing.

Everything. Staff was super cool. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy. Even had a bar and darts. Very cute hotel.

The staff was super helpful. My husband got trauma, and we had to extend our stay during Christmas week. The ladies at the front desk helped us find a room and organized late checkout and early check-in, so we didn’t have to wait for a room.
