The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.

it was a marvelous experience to stay in hotel de la paix, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.. the lake view was breathtaking seeing the mountains every morning.. the location was perfect near the shopping street and lots of cafe and restaurants was walking distance, the hotel supplied us with free access to public transport it was easy to go anywhere..

Sumptuous bed, bedding, towels and dressing gown to cosy up into. Room was a comfortable temperature. Bathroom has a roomy shower. Immaculately clean throughout. Character, tasteful decor and the history behind the place. Tea-making facilities in the hallway on 2nd floor. Nice common areas with plenty of space and cosy chairs to relax. I was grateful to be able to leave my bag for a while after check-out.

The lake and mountain views were deeply relaxing as were the walks along the lake. The staff was very helpful answering my questions...very personable too! The appliances are high quality as was the coffee and tea. Superb walk in shower. Epesses is a beautiful village little bars for tasting the local wine. There is also a very good restaurant within walking distance with a terrace overlooking the lake (spectacular view) or you can go down to Cully.
