This hotel is where we would always want to stay when going back to Crans Montana....beyond the perfect comfort of our room in every way was the welcoming, patient, caring attitude of the staff that was unique and was an unexpected bonus to everything else. To put the 'icing on the cake', after staying in the lounge until 11 in the evening playing the piano, we had to leave at 6;30 before the breakfast was to be served at 7;00n in the morning. The staff was already downstairs and insisted that we come into the dining hall and filled our hands with fresh croissants, cheese , fruit and anything else we would consider taking on our way... this place is magical. It is complete....one of the most cherished experiences of our lives....Thank you for the kindness..
