We had a room with a nice size balcony with a gorgeous view facing Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was very comfortable...well appointed, including complimentary drinks & chocolate in the bar fridge. Hotel was very close to Lake Lucerne. Staff was courteous & friendly and we had enjoyable conversations with several. Very walkable to local restaurants, town, ferry pier, etc. Really no complaints. Would definitely come back.

The Location was amazing. Close to the train station but also right on the lake and such a beautiful town. Loved it so much!

I was located in the Guest House. The room was well equipped and a short distance to the main property. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I had dinner 2 nights and it was excellent. The waiters were most attentive and were well versed on the wines and menu. I would make mention that the guest house does not have a lift, only stairs, so be aware if lugging a large suitcase.

Amazing location, hotel with a unique character, very friendly staff. We enjoyed dinner on the terrace and everything was very well cooked. The views are exceptional.
