We stayed in a Bolero room, exceptional for its size, balcony, second room with a desk facinf the marina and views from both of the windows The hotel is very well designed, nice materials and marine themed interior. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall super nice. The hotel has a huge bar and outside area.

Highlights: - the attention of the owner, he is really attentive and charismatic, he makes you feel at home. - cleanliness! Everything impeccable. Far and yet close, this place overlooks the beautiful lake and provides great view of the island of Brissago. The street that separates the main hotel (Art Hotel) and the apartments, has a direct bus connection to Ascona and Locarno. It was very quiet and picturesque place to walk or simply to sit at the balcony and soak in the view. Additionally the hotel Kayak and Canoes are free for hotel guests, perfect for summer days.

Location on Hilltop overlooking Lago Maggiore can’t be beaten 😀Beautifully refurbished ‚Kurhaus‘ reflects the early age of travel. Was given a free room upgrade, with lakeview. Delicious breakfast. Can’t fault this place. Thank you 🙏
