Beautiful hotel in a prime location overlooking the river, with excellent service from very helpful staff. The room was in immaculate condition and very well appointed with a number of extras such as fruit and chocolate as well as binoculars to view the landscape.

this hotel is my favorite. it is a try luxury stay. the food, the staff are super nice. my favorite part was the bedding and the pillow that I has to go and ask where they get it from to buy it

Really nice hotel, close to the cinema and shopping mall, also train and tram stations. Super cool swimming pool and sauna area which was included in the price. Public transport to the city center was also included in the price.

Lovely location. We had a huge room with balcony, perfect for a quiet period before hitting all the local attractions. Easy to walk to all sights. Had a brilliant time and would have loved a longer stay.

Location is perfect in heart of Bern and tram station nearby, staff is very hospitable and they are giving one day public transport for free.. view is awesome and quite environment. Clean and big rooms with Tub. They serves free hot drinks and croissants in reception which is much appreciated especially in Swiss. Breakfast need to be better however comparing to swiss hotels it's better.
