The hotel is cozy, clean, confortable and well decorated. The location is unbeatable, close to Bärengraben and Nydegg, and one jump away from the Aare. Breakfast was a very good buffet in a cozy environment. Last but not least, the staff has been amazing in accomodating us with our needs (including setting up a crib for our son and standing our overreach with luggages... thanks!).
