Every meal I enjoyed was a delightful journey of flavors. Lastly, I must mention the breathtaking views from outdoor Spa area. The beauty of the surroundings left me astonished and provided a serene backdrop to my relaxation and rejuvenation!

I was very impressed by the hotel itself. It’s over 350 years old and they have kept the old fashioned Bernese style. It’s filled with antiques and the staff dress in traditional costume. People could speak both German and English, as foreigners, we felt completely welcome. Also, last minute we lost our babysitter and had to bring our daughter with us. They brought a comfy bed and had it ready while we ate dinner. The food is exceptional and them have a wide menu to enjoy dinner. Try the mushroom fondue, it was great! Breakfast was very prettily served and delicious.

The staff were so friendly, the hotel was in a great location and the room was amazing with lovely views from the balcony, we didn't want to leave! The hottub was so cool and the room had the comfiest bed!
