The staff were lovely, attentive and thoughtful The room was spacious and clean with a great view. The spa area, in particular the jacuzzi baths were fantastic I would happily stay again!

Everything. The hotel is lovely. The terrace has a beautiful view. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff kindly kept mine for me later. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel provides a lift pass free of charge.

I was very impressed by the hotel itself. It’s over 350 years old and they have kept the old fashioned Bernese style. It’s filled with antiques and the staff dress in traditional costume. People could speak both German and English, as foreigners, we felt completely welcome. Also, last minute we lost our babysitter and had to bring our daughter with us. They brought a comfy bed and had it ready while we ate dinner. The food is exceptional and them have a wide menu to enjoy dinner. Try the mushroom fondue, it was great! Breakfast was very prettily served and delicious.

Najpiękniejsze miejsce w jakim w życiu spałem. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna bo zaledwie kilka minut samochodem do jeziora Oeschinesee. Piękna płynąca rzeka i staw gdzie można usiąść wygodnie na ławce i podziwiać majestatyczne góry, wodę i polanę. Obok stawu jest również ukryty las gdzie polecam się przejść. Śniadanie też super. 10/10

Wysuwane jacuzzi na balkon z obłędnym widokiem na góry. Pokój bardzo czysty, przestrzenny. Idealny na randkę we dwoje. W pokoju dostępny do dyspozycji kominek wraz z drewnem. Bardzo umiliło nam to zimowy wieczór. Piękna okolica. Restauracja w hotelu z przepysznym jedzeniem. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy

Suppurb location. Very comfortable room with balcony. Woke up with the sound of bells (around cows necks), which was marvellous. Clean and comfortable. Very nice.

Excellent rooms, very comfortable for family and nice location in Kandersteg, walking distance from Train station. Beautiful view of the alps from the balcony. Restaurant food was delicious, presented beautifully and tasted like made with fresh ingredients.
