Lovely open plan bedroom (loo is enclosed!) with view over gardens. Delicious breakfast and all the people working at the hotel were professional, helpful, charming and fun. The room we ended up having (changed rooms due to air-con not working) was really nice and comfortable. Room 227 had a really comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Being able to park underground was appreciated being so close to the centre and so many other hotels not offering it.
