Very cozy hotel with great staff. Close to the city center and located at the quiet street at the same time. Breakfast was really good as well. There is a good local shop with a decent beer selection in the lobby.

The decor, the room, Dimitry, the host was very accommodating and made the best, most extensive breakfast. The townhouse was in great shape, and the decorations and furniture were amazing! Each room we got was exquisitely decorated. We felt like we were staying in someone's house, along with the warmth of Dimitry's welcome. He changed our towels everyday, although we didn't ask for it. The location was great - very close to the Louisa metro stop, and within a block of a major shopping street in brussels so we could shop for what we wanted/needed. There is also a supermarket within a block away. From check0in to check-out, everything about our stay was wonderful

A charming Art Nouveau building located in a very peaceful area. Very close to public transport but separated from it where almost all the noise comes from the geese in the nearby lake. The room I got was huge with a large and very comfortable bed and a large bathroom which is piece of art in itself. Definitely on my list of places to visit again and highly recommended for people who prefer a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

We were blown away with how attentive and kind everyone was at the guesthouse. Breakfast was great everyday and they always had suggestions to do in the area if you ask. It's also in the perfect area to walk around Brussels or take a train somewhere else.

You get twice the space you get in a hotel room. Manhattan room overlooks a beautiful park. Bus 66 takes you downtown in 15-20 minutes. We met Florence (the owner) and she is a very nice lady. So is Lucia (who works for her). Breakfast is good and very affordable. WiFi speed was very good. Appreciated the free chocolates and drinks.

Didier is a superb host, and nothing is too much trouble. He was happy to accommodate my request to leave my bags and return later in the afternoon to collect them and change for my flight, even though he wasn't there. My room felt like a cosy oasis after full on days at a conference, and Didier has anticipated every little detail, ensuring that you have the most comfortable stay possible. The building is beautiful and has been renovated to a very high standard. I highly recommend this superb B&B if you need a top quality spot to base yourself in near the European Commission. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything you need, including the supermarket and the train station.
