Helpful staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms

We were upgraded to a family room. While the rooms themselves are unremarkable, ours came with an outdoor terrace facing Old Town. We loved sitting outside. The beds were fine, breakfast was nice, underground parking. In terms of location, this is the perfect place to stay.

An extremely nice and cosy hotel, with a great location, 5 mins walk from the old town and the famous bridge. The room was very good and comfy and the breakfast was very good as well. People at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Totally recommended for your next stay in Mostar.

ホテルの人が皆が親切で最高のホスピタリティ 日本人のわたしの名前も覚えてくれてた 全てにおいて親切にしてくれた 朝ごはんも最高に美味しいし、自家製のブランデーも、はちみつも最高だった！ 金額もそんなに安くて大丈夫か心配になるほど。 私朝ごはん注文してないのに、朝ごはん食べていいよって言ってくれたし、 卵料理も好きなものを出来立てつくってくれる。しかも最高に美味しい！！ かなり早く着いたのに文句言わずアーリーチェックインもしてくれた。 ボスニアのお金を使い切りたかったから、ボスニアのお金とユーロ、２つの支払いを受けてくれた。 他のボスニアのホテルが一つしか知らないが、同じsobeで価格も違うのに全然クオリティが違う。良かったです！ 本当にありがとうと言いたいです。 日本はホスピタリティがいいと言われているが、負けたと思う。 温かい人たちでした。

The most AMAZING staff and location

Location was walkable, lots of space, beds comfy, provided breakfast was really nice, and the owners onsite and available. This was as big as an apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking in front. But it had the feel of a BnB with owners on site. When I reserved, I couldn’t tell about the charm - but it had it.

The apartment is very cozy, and looks at a garden that is just right next to the river. It’s a 7 minute away from the famous bridge. Armen the host was extra kind and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything. The best is the staff, with Leila and Elma which were very friendly and helpful, very attentive to our needs as guests and proactive. Excellent location right next to the city center in Mostar (less than 5 minutes to the Old Bridge). Nice breakfast, with a mix of hams, cheeses, spreads, bread, coffee and eggs. Rooms are very clean and cozy (only mininum downside might be the lack of shower door, as some water escapes to the rest of the bathroom, but they have to deal with the space available). The weather didnt allow for a full experience of the terrace and gazebo, which seemed nice and have a good view on the Old Town. Parking (paid and arranged with the hotel) is right next door.

We realy enjoyed it. Great spot and location near old city. Very kind host. We really liked we could park our motobikes in the garage. Very firendly for bikers.
