Our room had a very comfortable bed, a mosquito net in the door to the balcony and was cleaned every day! There is an on-site parking space included in the price, as well as a very good breakfast. It is located in a very quiet location near Lake Wolfgangsee. The location is good for getting around with car.

It was our second visit to Berau, we reserved a family house for vacation. Experience was pleasant, all information has been provided by staff. Rooms were good. Lake beach was nice, clean. All the time we felt safe, general gates are closed from vechicles from 10 PM.

Everything was beyond perfect. Polite check-in and very friendly staff. The room was and bed were comfy. The animals our baby and dog could observer was great. I really appreciated the amazing breakfast. I'm lactose intolerant and of the past 10 hotels I've stayed in... this is the only one that actually had soy milk and was able to accommodate my needs. Furthermore, there breakfast dazzled. Bread from the wood oven bakery, delicious freshly cut fruit salad, muesli, homemade jams, juices, tea. This wasn't the largest breakfast buffet I've had recently... but it was the best. :)

(You can see stars through the skylight from the living room and listen to the rain drops on a rainy day.) Very close to public transportation, lake, hiking, and city center. Owner family were very kind, helpful and generous. The thoughtful provision of welcome drink, chocolate, etc. was more than enough to make me feel welcomed and I was even able to get freshly laid eggs.

Not far from a lovely little town Strobl which is located at the lake Wolfgangsee. There you can easily find what to do and where to go. Not large, but a variety of restaurants there with the local food. You can either walk there or take a bus. Walking will take about 25-30 minutes. Hosts are very nice and kind. We rented studio on the ground floor with separate entrace and a small perch. Perfect for the dog! Owners very friendly, helpful, and we had every morning excellent breakfast served to the appartment. Free parking at the back of the house, easy access.
