We had fun at the beach and at the out door swimming pools, highly recommended for family stay, truly very relaxing place. I would als highlight a spacial appreciation for Mr. Kishan who was welcoming and very cooperative with us. He managed to arrange for us an upgrade once we asked dispute that our arrival day was busy visit time and he also was very gentle to give us a late check out from the hotel. Thank you Mr. Kishan for your help and of course will visit again.

It's a lovely hotel, decor is gorgeous, very nice facilities. Mostly friendly helpful staff. The size of the resort is relatively small so it didn't feel crowded or busy at all, plenty of loungers available down at the pretty beach and perfect pool. Staff were responsive whenever we asked for anything and tried to resolve any issues. Room had everything we needed for a relaxing couple of nights away from the city.

Rooms are great and extremely clean, the staff are polite and friendly and the facilities are good. There is a lovely pool on the 20th floor, not the largest, but great for a relaxing dip after a day at work. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't dine there. Overall I would recommend and will definitely return when working near Fujairah next time.

The reception was very welcoming and they were proactively trying to make us at home. The staff also offered Pool and Jacuzzi facilities, which again was a bonus. Special mention for Mahesh and Damodhar who were excellent with their services were very warm. Mohannad and the lady at reception too were wonderful.
