It felt like a resort experience without a resort price. The room was really well laid-out, the bed was comfortable although not very large. It didn't have a kitchen, but it did have a good minifridge. Complimentary water bottles on arrival. The bathroom is giant, with two showers, and a French-style bidet. The swimming pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and steam room facilities were AMAZING. The staff were very helpful, and kindly extended our check-out time with no charge. The price of the buffet at the restaurant was a bit expensive, but if you use skip a cleaning (with the Skip & Gain tab on the doorhandle), they give you a 25 AED discount at the restaurant or gym.

The most beautiful hotel I have stayed in, in the history of my stays. Especially Al-Falaj, the suite was wonderful, the furnishings and cleanliness, and the employees were very nice, especially the executive director, I met him in the reception and he provided us with every assistance and discount within his powers, and the reception staff, especially Mr. Kaleem, and Mr. Jeffrey, and thanks and respect to the employee. The reception, Mr. Ainayat, and the pool guards, were very kind to my children. I stayed in a hotel twice in two weeks. I returned again, and I will return in the future

We made a stop at Al Ain, and stayed a night at this resort. The place is beautiful, clean, had a very comfortable room, there is a beautiful temperature controlled pool that enables every guest to swim even in winter, and there is also a spa(extra charge), a gym, a playground for children, tennis courts and more. Staff is very cordial and helpful I definitely recommend this place

It was a comfortable stay.. reachable to all alain tourist attraction in 15 mints.. Nearby there is a cheap and best shopping centre
