Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of America1) A blackout curtain in the front bedroom was needed. The closed blinds still let too much light in from the parking area. 2) Front bath needs a handle bar in the bathtub--surprised that one was not there already.
One of the best stays we've EVER had, any where. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Kitchen was astonishingly well- outfitted for cooking simple meals. Location is perfect. Beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaOur balcony overlooked the RV campground next door so it wasn’t exactly scenic. They need to reserve one of the hot tubs for adults only. I was kicked and splashed by barely supervised children swimming in the hot tub. We tried to go to the pool early to avoid the crowd, but then they were cleaning it.
Friendly check in and spacious apartment with well stocked kitchen. Lovely setting for the pool complex. There is outdoor seating with a fire.

United States of AmericaSince the room comes with a full kitchen, it would be nice to provide a small bottle of olive oil or spraying cooking oil. Good overall breakfast but wish they could have bacons and biscuits on some days just to switch it up. Also, would like to see some flavored coffee creamer. The breakfast could be kept warmer as some days some of them were just barely warm.
We like the breakfast and location. Love the room set up and renovation style. Very clean resort. Staffs at the front desk are very helpful too. Great location near the Arches National Park and nearby Moab town for restaurants.

United States of AmericaNothing really. The couch could use some pillows for relaxing while watching tv.
Didn't eat at the resort. Resort has two pools and three hot tubs! We didn't use any. of them. Our days were spent sightseeing and an early to bed after dinner out.

AustraliaThe price is pretty steep and we got a ground floor room with a view of the car park, so that wasn’t great. It was fully booked for a car show, so fair bit of car park noise (at least it was daytime, not night-time). Also need block out shutters in bedrooms. Bright security lights in the walkways/car park made it hard for our kids to sleep.
Lovely resort with modern, clean rooms, well stocked kitchen, great pool and facilities. Nice staff, decent simple breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast staff were very nice but the chafing dishes were frequently out of items and there weren’t many healthy options like hard boiled what, oatmeal or plain yogurt or decaf coffee. The thermostat didn’t function normally and cooled below the temperature we set it at.
Our unit had a washer and dryer and it was wonderful to not have to pack up clothes that were dirty from hiking. The kitchen was well appointed and even included some spices. The bed was comfortable and there were handy outlets.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant was not wonderful, sadly. We found the breakfast buffet a little sad, and given the wonderful pool and spa facilities, we were disappointed that they didn’t serve lunch at all. the dinner menu was also not at all suited to families or kids, and we couldn’t eat on the pool loungers. Some of our interactions with some of the staff were also a little uncomfortable, leaving us feel a little awkward, but others were wonderful, so that was mixed.
The apartment was very well decorated, a great size for our family of 4, and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, modern, clean and spacious. We loved the pool and the hot tubs and had a fantastic Spring vacation here.

United States of AmericaThe only thing we thought could be improved was the free breakfast options. We found them pretty bland. Otherwise perfect stay!
We had the Presidential Suite and it was like staying in someone’s luxury apartment. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kids were thrilled to have their own room and bathroom and the air hockey table was a huge hit! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could need. We used the hot tub after a long day of hiking and it was peaceful and the perfect temperature. The location is just down the street from Arches National Park and the staff were super friendly!

CanadaWe had to hang sheets in the one bedroom to block out the parking lot spotlight blazing into the bedroom. There is no shampoo/conditioner etc in the showers.
Our two bedroom suite had everything 5 ladies needed for an epic adventure weekend. Amazing space for us all - big kitchen with all the things (except a kettle) - two big bathrooms, 3 tv’s, washer and dryer. Decent Breakfast included plus amazing pool and hot tub!!

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the views at all. We were there in slow season and asked to have vies at the red rocks not the element hotel. I would suggest add more coat hangers and drying hangers for hanging swimsuits. As well the hockey table is very much a problem as it’s so loud. Would be much better to have there a normal dinning table for a family board games and move the table to game room where kids can go and play!!! As well I would like a little work table in one of the rooms. Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. I think there is normally buffet but I would say the 3x same eggs was not what I was looking for.
It’s spacious and clean, great kitchen and great stuff, highly trained and professional. Loved the pool and the views. Upscaled hotel.

KenyaThe free breakfast was a bit sad-looking.
Great location right off the highway, and very close to both Canyonlands and Arches NPs. The room was PHENOMENAL - had a sitting area, an air hockey table and the bathroom was huge! We did get a free upgrade as well which was super appreciated. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

United States of AmericaThere wasn't things that I think can improve. Everything was really great tbh. The breakfast was a bit slow but it's totally acceptable considering that they're cooking it on-site and personalized, not just the help-yourself style.
The room was exceedingly clean and comfortable, especially the cooking supplies, which were beyond my expectations. Overall the location was great and was very quiet. The staff were very friendly; they answered my phone call and solved my requirements very politely and fast. They also have a pool and jacuzzi, which was a big plus.

United States of AmericaThe parking is a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage( though they have elevator access). The location of the restaurant is across another building. Not too far, but in bad weather conditions, it will be hard to cross. I wish they connected buildings or pathways to get there. The breakfast has limited selection. The servers were overwhelmed, and I felt bad for them. I wish they just had buffet selection, so it was easier
We loved everything about it. The luxurious amenities, location, convenience, and affordability. It's a beautiful and new property. We even enjoyed free breakfast. Free parking and our accommodations included free wifi as well, which is not available for other guests, not sure why.
