Place was dirty. Fridge had rust marks all over the front. Furniture was very cheap and falling apart. Shower walls were busted and cracked. The extra lock on door was broken. Hallway was dark and carpets very dirty. Very outdated and it always smelled of pot. I did not feel safe staying there.

they have kitchenettes in the room, but no cooking utensils. They only have one vending machine in the whole building, there is no coffee in your rooms or coffee in the little bitty lobby. They have. The first hotel that I’ve stayed at in many years, that doesn’t even have an ice machine. It looks like this hotel was intended to be an extended stay type hotel because of the kitchenette but they do not offer any kitchen utensils to cook with.

Location was good for where I needed to be, and the price was reasonable.

There were no towels in the room, when asking for towels the staff stated they only clean the room once a week. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The entrance to the parking lot is very hidden and there should be a second entrance because if you miss it, like I did, you will have to go all the way around to the next light and make a turn around. The handicap room had a tub that was difficult for my mother to get into because of the height.

The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of handle bars in the shower for safety.

I was scheduled to stay 5 nights but had problems with the room that I shared with the front desk. Also, for such a long stay, I don't think I should have been put in a room closest to the noisy highway.

The staff was very friendly when I checked in and when I had to check out.

The hotel had a musty smell. I had to buy air freshener to spray in the room. The carpets were stained.

The hotel was very close to the event we were attending. The price was good, but you get what you pay for.

At check in, the receptionist was very nice. She let us check in early. However, that night, we get to our room and all we could smell was smoke. We were told there was no smoking but the hallway and room smelled very strong of it. The next morning when we woke up, there were roaches on the mirror in the bathroom and there were no toiletries. Good thing I brought my own! Overall, I slept decent but wouldn’t choose here again.

I like the convenience of it being right off the freeway so it was easy access to get back on.

I didn’t like anything at all, I got there and the lobby had a nasty smell, I checked in and payed, when I got to the room it was NASTY!!! the room was used, someone used the toilet and didn’t flushed the shower was gross, the bed had a lot hair in it, it was just so disgusting, I went back to the reception and asked for a refund because everything was bad and the guy told me they don’t give refunds, I explained him how the room was and he didn’t apologize or anything he just kept saying that the policy says no refunds, it’s horrible, not worth a lot to stay there, this hotel should be shut down and close permanently.

nothing, when i first walked it it wreaked of marijuana and across the entire facility it wreaked of marijuana, i have my children with me, about 80% of the guest lived there permanently, we were not allowed to park our bike on the sidewalk. then the first night we parked it off the sidewalk someone attempted to steal it! management was trash and disrespectful i have never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel, it was like high school drama!
