You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The reservation was prepaid credit card made directly on Priceline. That $20 room key deposit was not on my paid reservation. I will never recommend them to family , friends or business associates!

Nope they kick me and my boyfriend who has a medical condition that he need his dog with him 247 and they made us leave in the middle of the night we had nowhere to go we used our last 70 to pay for the room which they never refunded they said maybe they will . The staff is horrible

United States of AmericaThe place was so unhygienic and the smell of the pillows, sheets, mattress and towels was so uncomfortable that I couldn't handle it, although it was supposed they were clean. I booked for two nights and I just was able to stay one. Booking should remove this place from its directory.
