We were on 2nd floor. Last night of our stay, apparently there was a large group of teenagers staying on the floor above. Woke us up in the middle of night with loud thumps for 3 hours.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices.

The room floor was sticky. The hotel is far from downtown - like 20 minutes drive.

It doesn’t have a closet nor microwave plus this location the lobby was very loud. They were watching the basketball game and they had a pool table right there.

I thought it was pricey and it offers very little but I think it’s great for someone that is staying one night

Comfortable room, appreciated the hard flooring and room room with two double beds. Large bathroom. Great breakfast options. Appreciated the map at the front desk of areas of interest. Free parking onsite. Close to shopping/food options walking distance across the road. Located close to the airfield but didn't really notice any extra noise.

You could hear everything happening outside which was construction at all hours of the night. Beds were rock hard and comforter wasn’t big enough for two people unless they were sleeping shoulder to shoulder

First shower, soap dispenser was completely empty? Also, was supposed to get housekeeping Sunday, did not get any. It's their sign, not mine, housekeeping will come every other day it reads . Room doors slam, noisy at night.

Breakfast was nice, good variety, staff was attentive, liked that we were on the first floor.

Seemed like it was a renovated older property. The door had a dugout area from tampering by the lock? The bathroom door would not stay open - foundation issue? The elevator call button from the lobby stopped working while there. A repair call had been placed.

Similar to other Tru's. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was better than other locations. Clean.

I understand this is a short-stay hotel. Thus the rooms are a lot smaller than we expected (I guess our fault for not knowing) there was limited space for bags and accessories. The sink drain was clogged as are most hotels (so I used my own drain cleaner which I carry because I'm used to this). The carts for luggage were not well thought out. They were triangular shaped and luggage would fall between the bottom frame (terrible design). The small microwave oven was an afterthought located on a shelf about 19" above the floor. A terrible idea.

The hotel is on a main highway which was convenient. The rooms were generally clean and the staff were helpful. The food was better than most hotels serving oatmeal, grits, pancakes, standard reheated eggs and bacon and sausage). Tasty and above average. Ample parking and quiet enough from traffic and noise.

There are no microwaves, coffee makers, or closets in the rooms, and the lobby was constantly out of coffee. That was very inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and the location was great for what I needed.

Only 1 elevator worked all weekend so coming and going was slow, and it was a little dirty. Hotel is located right near a nightclub so we could hear the music all night. But it wasn’t too bad. Shower had zero water pressure! Husband was not happy. Luckily I didn’t have to wash my hair.

The lobby was really interesting. Makes up for the small room. Breakfast was good. Front desk “Bryn ” I think her name was when we checked was really nice.

The elevator was incredibly slow. Only one of two appeared to be working and almost every time, there was a housekeeping cart so you had to wait. The app wouldn't work so couldn't take advantage of the key. The breakfast wasn't very good. Not enough available parking. We got in late each night and the lot was full, likely due to the bar patrons next door.

Comfortable bedding, towels. Complementary coffee 24/7.
