We had a non-smoking room and assumed other rooms were too but another guest smoking on balcony mad either tough to enjoy our balcony.

Got a warm welcome and upgraded room when we mentioned anniversary trip. Every time we left and returned, someone was at the desk to greet us. Front desk staff offered recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc.

Excellent room with a street facing balcony. The staff we encountered, (reception, breakfast and bar) were lovely. Location is ideal being a 15 min walk from the empire state, Central Park and Times Square. We walked from Grand Central on arrival and this took less than 10 mins.

The room was ok for one person. Not so big. A bit expensive but I visited before Christmas, so, understandable. The unbearable noise that came from heating! Finally they turned it off and gave me a heater. Thanks to the personnel this problem was solved. While the towels were amazing, the bathrobe looked a bit old.

The location, walking distance to many attractions. The room was extremely clean, the towels were great. The Beekman collection in the bath Finally amazing and responsive personnel that created solutions. Nespresso machine.

One lift was broken the whole of our stay. One evening there was knocking and banging, we rang reception who said there was no maintenance going on. My husband went into the hallway and the door to the electrical cupboard was being held open by a screwdriver, no one to be seen. That is a health and safety issue

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly at all times. Not much space in the room for our suitcases and not much space for toiletries in the bathroom

It’s expensive but all NYC is, so nothing bad to say at all!

The room was perfect size, very clean and proper. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lot of light comming because of the big windows. The staff was nice. The location is amazing: walking distance to all the center and perfect for all metros, even the airport one! I would stay here again FOR SURE! 100% recommend it!

The restaurant is friendly and clean but expensive . The room was a smaller one than we have had in the past, perfectly adequate, exceptionally clean every day. We found the aircon noisy as the cold air goes up behind the curtain. Maintenance came immediately when asked to take a look at the machine but apparently this was normal for NY! The location is ideal for all transport and attractions.

It was too warm even though the a/c was cranking, Room was in need of a fresh coat of paint; scuff marks on walls & bathroom door made it feel a bit dirty. Door handle to balcony was difficult. We stayed here in April and did not encounter these issues. Same corner-king balcony room type, different floor.

Comfortable bed, lightning-fast room service, no wait for elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great.

No complaints on the property. However, shower shampoos, conditioner, and body wash could be better. Having hard time pumping it out from the wall mount.

The view of the back yard wasn’t nice and the worst thing was the super noisy exhaust fans next to our room. The queen bed was tiny - not enough space for two. The bottle with shower gel was empty when we arrived and the shampoo wasn’t refilled next day either even though it was nearly empty. During this journey we have stayed in many different hotels across Japan & US and this one was the worst hotel and the worst value for the money unfortunately.

The staff are nice and helpful. The room was cleaned very well daily.

The location has a lot of construction so it was noisy. Also there is a noise inside the room either from plumbing, ducts or the air conditioning but was very annoying.

Small room with no desk. Very loud air-condition. My room had a balcony but no chair to spend some time outside. The window was leaking during the rain.

Location is very good. There is a restaurant in the hotel. There is a coffee machine with coffee, tea, sugar and refrigirator. Also, there is an iron.
