Cleanliness of the room. Rug looked bad in places near the wall. There was no shelf in shower so that I could use my own cleansers. No idea of the quality of the supplied cleansers.

There wasn’t any breakfast when I left at 8. I kind of hoped for a piece of fruit. I did get a cup of coffee. I wonder if my stay being a Monday night was the reason. I just checked the same hotel for a Friday night and the rate is almost triple, so am not staying there for my return trip. I really liked that the TV had a sleep timer. So often now that feature isn’t available.

The smoke smell was fairly strong in the hallways, even though it was the nonsmoking area of the hotel. The worst part is that we travel as a family and always look for hotels with breakfast included. Online and on billboards Super 8 declares that they have “FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED!” Its even in the confirmation email. I’ll include a picture. But when my husband went down to the lobby in the morning, there was nothing but oatmeal packets available. We were told by the desk clerk that “we don’t serve breakfast; Wyndham doesn’t do that anymore.” Then change your advertising!! We have six kids; breakfast factors into what we can spend for a hotel room. Ugh.

The location was good, close to the interstate and convenient for travelers. Room was mostly clean and beds were comfortable.

Toilet paper wasn't re stocked, so we got somebody else's almost gone rolls. A lot of doors slamming at night which made it hard to sleep. They have one entrance in the building, which is towards the very back of the hotel, so beware if your disabled.

Room was nice sized, a/c, heat unit worked good.

Be sure the family clients know the specific pool hours, where to get beach towels and return them and be sure to make them feel welcomed, not a bother. I had a small issue with my door key on the second day and the person (I believe to be the manager) was blunt, never smiled, in fact, I felt that I was imposing on her. Not good. Also, it would be good to have sometime of air freshener at the entry doors to help eliminate the smoke smell. People with respiratory issues could have major issues or maybe have door that is directly linked to the smoking rooms.

I was glad for the location to family and restaurants. The staff member that checked us in was very helpful, informative (without being asked) and she gave some tips such as a good time to swim.

Bug in the bathroom, no breakfast, sign at the front desk said it was cancelled, no housekeeping, also on the sign at the front desk, sign also said there would be a charge for overly messy room...what the heck does that mean. Couldn't get back in my room the second day, had to go the desk and get another key. Overall, just not a comforting, pleasant stay.

The room looked like it was painted by someone who never painted. The room door had light coming in around it. There was a hole in the sheetrock where the shower nozzle came out and it would move around. They advertise a breakfast. The only thing they had was a coffee maker and a handful of small prepackaged muffins, it looked like. Lastly the beds are hard as a rock.

The only things I can say were good was the staff and having hot water at a decent water pressure.

The ONLY negative was that the fan on the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on full time, so when the air conditioner would kick on and off it woke us up (but this was very minor).

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and modern.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised. Towels and bedding were nasty, old, rough, and thin. The room had a musty smell. The facility is very much in need of an update.

Tje staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beds were supposed to be Queen but were full size beds.

There was no breakfast as advertised. The outlets in my room did not work, except the one by the bed. The fire alarm kept going off and front desk staff said “sorry there is nothing we can do. People are smoking in the rooms & it sets them off.” The bathroom sink was broken. The blankets were thin and hard. The fridge wasn’t cold. The conditioner bottle was empty. I got charged an extra $60 with no explanation and no new receipt.

The price was a bit steep for this time of year but I guess everyone is trying to adjust to the current inflation that's making it harder on everyone.

The furniture was beautiful and the room was clean. The outer hallways and stairwell was also very clean.
