Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyCan't really complain. Aging but adequate building. Could use a sofa update. But for the price, a bargain. Not for those accustomed to luxury hotels. But for us, more than adequate.
The facilities have seen better days, but all was functioning & in order & served our purposes more than adequately.. Was nice having lots of convenient outlets for charging our digital devices. Location for our purposes was great. Despite hiway location, room was quiet. Staff & reception were hyper friendly & helpful. Gave us some good tips. Was a good start for our stay. Good Guadalajaran restaurant immediately nextdoor. Parking was directly in front of our room.

United StatesI had to wait for the person working the front desk to show up many times. I waited over 10 minutes before they arrived to check us in. I got locked out of my room by and they were no where to be found but the housekeeper ended up letting us in. The breakfast was just cereal and toast.
The house keepers were very helpful when we needed something.

United StatesThe property was old, but we knew that going in. It seemed well maintained and was sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, linens were good. Breakfast was basics - prepackaged pastry, cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit, juice, and coffee. This is not the place to stay if you need luxury. But, if you want a clean, comfortable place to sleep, at 50-60% of the cost of nearby motels this is a great option. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
