Superb staff! Our host extended first-class hospitality with a gracious and friendly welcome at check-in. Outstanding extras! From cool water at the reception desk to the lobby’s water feature, the evening soup was delicious. Generous variety for breakfast capped off our experience. Excellent!

The room had a musty gross smell. Bed felt old and was squeaky. Lamp shades were damaged. Chairs were old and worn out.

The staff was friendly. But didn’t have much interaction with them.

The pictures through booking.com showed a pool, and it doesn't have one. The dinner looked like a crockpot chili watered down. The breakfast, you had a reheat omelets of some kind. The cost for 1 night outrageously priced.

I soecifically chose this property because there was a recliner or easy chair shown in the picture of the room. I even called to verify this was the case and was assured it was. My husband cannot sleep laying down due to health issues. There was neither a recliner or easy chair in the room. The desk clerk stated that the picture hasnt been updated for some time. When i told him i had called to verify he said they probably were also looking at the picture.

It was a nice room ans clean. They offered dinner and breakfast. The desk clerk was very kind and tries to be helpful

Breakfast selection was good. Room it was in was strange and hard to find behind the check in desk. Everything in the whole building is dated. Dining service area and seating looked like a scene from the 70s - dark, cold, questionable.

Not very much the parking lot was very crowded but that's to be expected when the hotel is booked solid some of the other gusts were rude but the best staff in the hotel industry well made up for it

Best Super 8 I have ever stayed in! Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were served complimentary supper and breakfast and the price for the room was actually reasonable and not over inflated "because of covid" like all the other hotels. I wish the owner/manager of this Super 8, ran all Super 8's. I would never stay anywhere else. Thats how impressed we were with this establishment!

It's always a great stop on our trip to Denver! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They serve soup at night and breakfast in the morning, consisting of boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins and fruit. The rooms are always very clean and we like that the floors are tiled.

Nothing to do with staff, but guests with dogs did not pick up dog waste. Area was clean when I arrived but not when I left. I always carry bags in my pocket.

The toilet bowl rim had obviously not been cleaned in some time. It was disgusting when I discovered it. I reported it to the desk upon departure.

Breakfast? Coffee and a bar. Not even continental breakfast unless I missed something! Very small lobby space in which to do anything. I was disappointed.

bed sheets dirty and full of hair from other guess and have to wait until second day for them to clean after I complain and its a complete lie about breakfast having cold coffee and apples is not breakfast
