Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaTowels, bedding and pillows could have been more plentiful, both in the room and at the pool. We used the pull-out sofa, the mattress was not great; we asked for extra blankets for that, but they only gave us one thin blanket. Breakfast sometimes ran out of things (like syrup for pancakes), which seemed a little skimpy.
The room setup was great for our family! The fact that a full breakfast was included was lovely and we made great use of the pool! It's great that there was a kitchenette and two bathrooms as well, since we had three kids along.

United States of AmericaThe room was hard to find, we were not given good directions. The carpet was stained in many places. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers, the smell never went away. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not very good. I had toast and peanut butter. The eggs were not edible. There were a lot of kids in there, they were making pancakes. I know you can't control who is there but I was sticky after using the toaster. The person working was not cleaning. We tried to use the hot tub, I'm not sure what the problem was but the jets seemed to be assaulting us instead of relaxing. Maybe the water was too low after all of the kids in it. It didn't seem any better the next day
Room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen area was nice but we only used the refrigerator. The pool area was nice. The hotel location is very good.

United States of AmericaThe outside stairs needed some work. A family member got a splinter from the railings while walking upstairs to the room. Lots of cracked tiles in our bathroom and kitchen. The couch had a lot of visibile wear. Quite a few stains on the carpets upstairs near the bed as well as by the kitchen eating area and couch.
The size of the room was great. We loved the two floors and downstairs areas. The fridge was large and clean. 2 nice size tvs. Breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable. Love that we could have grocery shopped for a longer stay. Front desk staff were pleasant and accomadating with our earlier check in. Check out was very quick which was convenient. Overall it was a nice stay

United States of AmericaThere was no extra roll of toilet paper and there was very little left on the roll that was there. Also, the only coffee that was in the room was decaf. There was no regular. We did remedy both of those issues at the front desk. The facility looks a little worn out. As we walked to our room, there was wood that appeared rotted and paint was chipped off. Not a good first impression.
Room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. We slept well. Unfortunately, we overslept and didn't make it to breakfast.

United States of AmericaNot really anything. Except bathroom door didn't shut and the bathroom was tiny so the door there wouldn't close kept sitting my leg when I was in there. Eh oh well. For the price it was a great room.
Breakfast was ok. There was a slight language barrier with staff but nothing that would make the stay unenjoyable. They were all pleasant. Only thing that really could be labeled as "bad" was the couple below me got into a fight because his ass got caught cheating and she hit him with her car. Kind of deserving as he had the chick he cheating with there night before and then his "wife" right after. Can't say I wouldn't of accidently hit the gas a little too hard either 🤣🤣

United States of AmericaThe property and rooms Definitely need some serious updating and maintenance. I know that extended stay hotels that accommodate families can be challenging and time consuming to clean but the lack of effort for cleanliness here is palpable. There are drips of who knows what all over the walls surrounding every single trash can in the room. It is incredibly obvious that there is little to no attention paid to cleaning the walls anywhere. First, we were checked into a room that was untouched by housekeeping, they kindly moved us to another room which appeared decent, but as we settled in we realized there were dirty dishes still in the sink and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The table was set with pre filled filters of coffee/tea and all the things you need to make coffee, yet no coffee maker to be found. We asked the front desk for a coffee maker and they provided us with a traditional coffee maker with no coffee pot. We very much enjoy staying at Sonesta Suites all over, but this place has got some serious stepping up to the plate to do in order to compete with the new Home 2 Suites in the area.
The rooms are a good size and setup for families, and it’s definitely a bonus having the full kitchen setup when traveling with children.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was terrible. Eggs with cheese is not keeping up with the times. I like many people have a cheese alergy, which meant no breakfast for me. Not a great start for my day. When I mentioned it to the girl working the buffet, she stated well tomorrow were scheduled to have no cheese. How is that going to help me when I'm leaving that morning?? Not a smart thing to say to a guest! Also the pancake cooker didn't work. Her answer for that is-"Sometimes it doesn't work right". Seriously? I won't be staying here again!

United States of AmericaThere was ketchup or something on the wall by the trash can. The remotes didn't work to the down stairs TV all three TVs needed to share the upstairs remote. The person cooking breakfast the second day. Burnt and over cooked the food, and refused to start the pancake machine. The hot tub was missing alot of water so the jets shot the water out of the water. The shelves in our refrigerator door were broken so could be used. They just fell out.
Size of the room was perfect for what we needed. It was nice to have the kitchen with appliances. 2 bathrooms was perfect!
