pool stated it closed at 9 but often closed earlier than that. felt like the room we got wasn’t “penthouse” name worthy besides having a balcony it was an average room

staff spoke excellent Spanish but several spoke very little English which made things tricky for us they also had very little knowledge of the surrounding area so we relied on google for help I wouldve liked a hairdryer in the room and it would've been more convenient if the pool towels were available at the pool instead of having to go six floors down to collect pool towels from reception also thought that 40 dollars per night to park the car was expensive ...I expected parking to be free for guests

room was funky, modern and very well equipped (hairdryers had to be requested from reception though) nice balcony but view wasn't great very clean valet parking (but not free for guests which was disappointing) nice pool on the roof but towels had to be collected from reception which was a bit inconvenient Starbucks in the lobby and you got 10% discount as a guest walking distance to a few shops and restaurants all very convenient

The pool spa wasn’t working. I turn it on and an alarm went on that was very loud. I felt so embarrassed when some of the guest relaxing left. It took 3 members of the staff before they could shut it down. It al filled the pool with black residues so we also had to leave. Everything to cook but no stove

My room was not what I expected from the pictures and ocean view had a building in front so I can see but so much from the in between of the building. Was not happy about that but yet was quiet and peaceful.

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms with washer,dryer fridge, dishwasher and other amenities.

The entry door needs insulation due to hearing hallway noise thru it. The balcony needs to have privacy barriers for Privacy.

The cleaning falls short. Like the water bottles are made of glass and clearly wasn’t so clean on the inside. The bathroom had only the towels changed but no cleaning on the floor or shower space during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress were too soft, not in a comfortable way. They don’t have the option of a good breakfast to pay at the hotel. Only Starbucks on the outside.

The room has a great space. The employees are nice, gentle and ready to help with all the information. Close to the beach.

Surprised to find out that a room with 2 beds really meant one queen sized bed and one sleeper sofa. When the sleeper sofa was opened up it took up the entire living area and left no place to sit- no chair! Cost of valet for parking was steep..No other parking options.

Room was clean and wonderful, felt like I was in an apartment. So much better than most hotels around for this price range. Best part they give you beach chairs, umbrellas, towels for the beach with no cost. Room was very clean and set up very nice. Would definitely stay here again !! Also steps away from the beach.

Parking - it's a very small ward and if you are not careful while driving in or out, it could led to something...

Excellent Customer service from the front desk team, especially Adam, he was always so kind and responsive, even the valet guys were excellent! Also the hotel is within walking distance to the beach, not as seen on pictures but very close!

Description says "ocean side" but you don't see an ocean. Also didn't like that tv facing wall but but your bed.

Internal noise. You can hear the neighbors and the housekeepers a lot.
