The carpet is super dirty after 1 minute of my daughter running around barefoot her feet were black and some parts of carpet were wet

I was declined and told that booking.com declined didn’t pay the hotel

I did stay there, when check in I was formed by the receptionist that booking.com declined the payment, I called and was told she is going to call the hotel but waited for 15 min and we just left and booked somewhere else . I have to dispute the payment because I wasn’t able to stay there

Smell of room upon arrival. Rooms not as depicted online. Very old and small. Needs more security. Had to call office due to loud people outside my room partying after quiet time (10pm). As a Mariott Bonvoy member disappointed in overall stay at this location. Expected more from Mariott.

There’s like four spots to park. There staff is rude and racist. Then, there is a very strong order when you first walk into the room that honestly just never really goes away. It’s not very peaceful either, there’s often really loud startling noises because of other residents. To add to that, its now 11pm and there’s randomly been a Banda outside playing live music since like 8pm and I don’t think they’re going to be done anytime soon

The room was nice and big, but this time there was no door separating the second bedroom from the living room. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. This was my second time at this location and both times the air conditioning didn’t work. This time I stayed during July and for my two nights it’s was 83 degrees in the room. My children and I were sweating and could barely sleep. There is only one fan and it doesn’t help at all. I complained from the time I entered the room until finally I got upset and requested to move rooms. I was told they were all booked and that the building I stayed in, had a problem with the air conditioning and they knowingly still rented out those rooms. Ashely the night worker who has been there for ten years told me that. I like to stay with this brand but I most likely will not with this location. Finally they gave me one night free, even though I complained and called constantly both nights and my small children were crying because they were so hot. We wanted a nice relaxing hotel with extra space and ended up getting a big hot box.

I didn’t like the pool didn’t have enough towels. A family took all the towels that were there and I called for more and no one came to reload the towel cart.

I loved that the room was cleaned, organized, bed was super comfy. The kitchen was clean and had everything I need to to cook a meal. The pool was also clean and there was not alot of people.
