Breakfast was a bit crowded, we had to wait a few minutes for a table. Other than that everything was great.

Very spacious room, we loved the 2 floors apartment with 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, it was very convenient with the kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 min drive to Hershey's factory.

The room was clean except for the carpets. They were not vacuumed, and we found fruit snacks and a peanut on the floor. I did report this to the front desk at checkout.

We really liked the size of the room. Everyone had their own space. We stayed in the loft suite, which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite was the size of a small apartment.

No elevators for second floor with narrow steps to get up them. No room/building number markings in the courtyard to direct you to your building. If your mobility handicapped - do not get a second floor room

It was very good except for the dirty ring around the tub and having to call maintenance to fix the tub so that the water would drain out

I didn't like the fact that the 7am to 3pm guy had an argument with the 3pm to 11pm lady since he didn't keep a clean work space and / or prep for the next person.

The sink was pouring water onto the floor when in use. Luckily we used it only the last day. The breakfast was decent

We had people standing outside of our window that was talking for hours using vulgar language, etc. I couldn't take it anymore as we were there for vacation and rest. I called the front desk and eventually they were gone. I honestly was going to go out there myself but wanted to handle things the right way. I thought it was rude of others to do that. The rooms are not close together like other hotels so they should have been in or around their own room.

The hotel overall was pretty good. I liked the fact housekeeping asked what we needed and was willing to provide any housekeeping services. Overall the hotel was clean just the stovetop could have been wiped down and fixtures dusted. Also, the towel rack was coming out of the wall a bit. But all minor for the beautiful room. We had a suite. The Penthouse Suite had stairs to it with a bedroom and bathroom up there. For the most part, hotel is quiet. Didn't experience the breakfast.

Unfortunately there was one staff member who was not pleasant. His attitude and customer service was not acceptable. All other staff were nice. Our shower curtain would not close fully and the bath area set up does not allow for privacy while using the sink and vanity area. There was a very large group with children. Well after 10pm the children were running through the complex and it was very easy to hear them.

Good location and value. We selected this location because the size of the room is larger than most and very accommodating for three adults. The room was clean, fairly modern, and well kept.

The dust on the pictures above the bed and the tops of the lamps was thick. I took care of that for you. Our other room was the same way. The horrible annoying noise in the walls when other guests used water was awful. Had to talk louder and turn up the tv... Woke us up as well. Wasn't an issue in our other room. Stomping and noise from the people above (not the hotels fault)

The room was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plenty, and tasteful

There were no labels on the food at breakfast. So no way to know what's inside each item. When I went to ask, since in another branch of this hotel they had labels, I was told I could not be helped. I don't know if this is legal, but was very very uncomfortable and didn't meet the standards I had expected. The staff also could have smiled more and not made us feel like we were in their way.

The room was great. Check in staff was helpful and nice.

Minor issue with the toilet and sink in the master room however maintenance was sent immediately to make the repairs

Well insulated as we did not hear anyone in the surrounding rooms. The indoor pool was a great way to cool off from the 90 degree heat. Large and satisfying breakfast buffet.

There was some loose and broken tiling in the upstairs bathroom. The room couldve been more clean. The bed sheets did not fit the queen size beds. It seemd to be full size.

I liked the hospitality. I liked the concept, we had a two floor hotel.

I didn't like that it was pet hair or someone hair all over the bedroom floor. I was walking around the room in my socks and notice the hair on my socks. The bedroom pillows are way to soft and I didn't have a fireplace in the penthouse suite as mentioned in the suite description. For the price of almost $300 a night these things should not be a problem when you stay here.

The bed was comfortable. I like that the room came with many cable channels to watch. If you're are looking for a quiet hotel thats close to Hersheypark this is the one

I just wished we were able to stay longer and enjoy the indoor pool. Also, a 12 PM check out time would be nicer than 11 AM.

The breakfast was delicious, several options and replenished regularly during the breakfast hours.
