How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It's quite rough around the edges and dated. A side door into the hotel was left unlocked.
It's a cheap place to crash with decent Wi-Fi and a comfortable, clean bed. That's honestly about it.

You´re in front of a gas station, and depend on the moment, It´s posible It can be noisy with the trucks
It's a good option to sleep in the road. We slept here because the price is the lowest in our way, but the room is Ok, and It's quite place.

They're policy is no responsible for lost items I'm hoping he shows compassion as a ring in the box was something I inherited from my sister who died of metastatic breast cancer in 2020
Our stay was great I only have one problem. I left a jewelry case in our room. I called and they confirmed it's there. Problem is the caretaker is handicapped and says he can't take it to be mailed. I'm trying to communicate with him by email but not sure if he's getting my message. I will call again tomorrow to see how we can resolve this issue. He's a very nice man and I m hoping he will help me.

Microwave and fridge were pretty dirty, probably just something missed by housekeeping. One of the chairs had suspicious white stains. Curtains and lamp shades could probably be replaced considering the curtains had holes everywhere which leaked light in the morning and the lampshades were pretty stained. Minor issues I didn’t have a problem with but some people might.
Overall most important areas were very clean such as the bathroom and beds, room was cozy. Front desk was friendly. They have Roku tvs which is nice. Pet fee is super affordable and reasonable which we really appreciated, I’d definitely stay again.

Needs some updates. Knob in bathroom sink loose. On a positive note they appeared to be replacing beds and chairs in room down the hallway.
Bed was comfortable. Clean room. Gave me a room close to office for my disability.

Unwelcoming staff- manager I believe. Quite abrupt and unprofessional. The lobby had a foul smell. The rooms were dated and unclean.

The rudeness of the desk clerk and them not honouring a reservation made through booking.com. The reservation went through and my credit card was charged, but there was no stay. Something fishy going on, if you ask me. Have to spend time with booking.com now to sort this out and get refunded.
I would never stay here. In fact I never did. I booked a reservation through booking.com and had a confirmation number. I message the property two hours in advance of arriving saying I’d be arriving just before midnight. I arrived at 11:45pm and was greeted by a sign that said the property was sold out. When I told the desk clerk that I had a reservation through booking.com, he told me to sort it out with them. When I asked why he didn’t respond to the message that I had sent to the property two hours earlier telling me they had no rooms, he was dismissive and rude. I had to drive another 25 minutes (after driving for 14 hours) to find another place to stay…

Very beat up place, it smelled bad but it was quiet and comfortable. We got in late the 2nd day and they had changed our key so I had to get a completely new key. I was very upset about that.
The place is a dump but the beds were comfortable. I will never book this hotel again.
