it's in a decent area, not the nicest in savannah but not the worst either. you do need a car to get to the river walk area. the unit would not be great for a person with mobility issues, there is a long flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. it would be ok for little ones with a baby gate.

close to kroger, mate factor grocery shop and forsyth park. unit was very clean and comfortable, especially the king suite with the brand new shower. great place for a family vacation. overall, comparative to the other rentals the same size, i think it was a great value for the money.

The combination to the front door was excessively long (10 numbers) and it took a while to understand the idiosyncrasies of the door's self-locking and unlocking feature. The street was a bit noisy with emergency vehicles and cars playing loud music when stopped at the light.

The location was excellent for walking around Savannah and driving out of it to other locations. The kitchen was open and easy for all of us to move around. the house was clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great.

Only two TV’s in the three bedrooms. The furniture was somewhat rigid but it didn’t rise to the level of a negative sentiment towards the furniture. Initial description about the # of bathrooms is a little murky. Could also just be me.

master bedroom had dresser. other 2 bedrooms had closets no dressers. had trouble with AC that took almost 2 days to correct. all the bedrooms were upstairs; although sofa bed was downstairs

location was on the edge of the historic district. short walk to attractions. easy check-in/check-out. clean, well stocked with dishes, and bedding.

The representative was not willing to extend any courtesies. Check-in is at 4pm but we didn’t arrive until after 8pm. I requested an hour later to check-out but the representative said, “Sorry check-out is 10am and we can’t change that”.

I usually walk barefoot when inside a home but the floors were dirty so I resorted to wearing shoes when inside. The shared bathtub did not drain. When taking a shower we were in standing water. We would like to suggest that some hooks be placed in shared bathroom so towels had a place to hang, also hooks in the 2 smaller bedrooms would be convenient. One of the bedrooms had no closets or drawers so we moved a small one in from the other room. The coffee pot didn’t work properly. We kept fussing with it and would eventually get the water to drain through the grounds. I think the spring where the water drips into the pot is busted. (We sent a message while we were there informing property that there is a leak upstairs in pipes. we could see bulging in living room ceiling after taking a shower).

There was easy access to Forsyth Park and the DOT trolley. Comfortable and spacious condo. The space worked well for the three of us. Convenient parking for our car.

We could not find a fitted sheet for the sofa bed, which made it a little tricky to make up the bed. It would have been helpful to have a spare roll of toilet paper in each bathroom since we had seven guests. The floors were quite dirty--my socks were brown from walking around in sock feet downstairs.

The location was fantastic! The master bedroom was large as well, and the beds were really comfortable. The décor in the living room was very pretty too, and the kitchen was spacious.

The bathroom floor had muddy foot prints (yes muddy footprints), hair in the tub, sink, floor. Outside there were cigarette butts on the ground, half a joint on the railing. The dryer didn’t work and even though we were there several nights they never came to fix it. They did refund $30 for us having to go take a load of wet clothes to a laundromat while on vacation but that wasn’t really a good way to make it better. I had to clean mud and cigarette butts but they wouldn’t return my cleaning fee.

It was in a great location. Very spacious and well decorated. Very comfortable.

The house wreaked of the smell of weed as you walked in, I am not sure if they people before us smoked as we found littles pieces of weed as we arrived. It smelled very strong every time you walked into the house. The wifi did not work, we contacted them about this issue and it was never fixed.

The location of the house was in a great place to downtown and easy to walk. We liked how much space that we had at the place and had enough bathrooms for the amount of people that we had. We liked that a grocery store was close by.

the steepness of the stairs. the property was shown as handicapped accessible but that was really only applicable to the first floor which has no bedrooms. if my 77 year old mother had been with me as she was supposed to be, she would have had a lot of trouble with those stairs. the bed in the back bedroom wasn’t so comfortable so I moved after the first night to the front bedroom and it was much better although a bit louder as it’s next to Price Street.

it was mostly comfortable and spacious. it was helpful that it was only two blocks from a grocery store. the shower was amazing; great water pressure. the parking space was nearby.
