Thought I was paid in full until I got there and got an unexpected surprise. Also I asked for our room to be clean. Room service never came! I asked for towels and never received those either

Very difficult to get shower at good temperature, no real freezer, just producing ice cubes, refrigerator is very small, difficult to close condo door

It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of the Vegas buzz. Great views of the strip. Good value for money and easy access to most places by car / rideshare.

A little dated. The rooms could use an update. But for the price, it’s easy to not fuss.

Nice and spacious. Clean & comfy. Nice to have kitchenette & fridge. Free parking is a quick walk right next to property. That’s a huge advantage compared to some similar properties.

Everything was kind of dirty or in need of a wipe down. The couch and pillows were stained. The bed was very uncomfortable.

I would have loved a bar/lounge area closer to our section of the hotel. Something away from the casino floor area. There seemed to be a small bar but it wasn’t open every night - maybe a seasonal thing.

Loved the spaciousness of the room and the option to stay in a more residential tower (away from the casino part of the property, but still in easy walking distance). I had 2 meals at the restaurant/bar near the pool (can’t remember the name) and that was terrific. Friendly staff and good food, nice atmosphere.

Lack of amenities for the kitchen area.. no utensils for cooking, so that was an inconvenient

I loved.the spaciousness of the rooms.. I wished there was utensils in the room along with a coffee pot.. the view from my room was amazing.

A little far off the strip to walk, but Uber was easy.

Staff were very helpful, professional and welcoming. The pool area was enjoyable and well set out. The hotel met expectations and the brunch was great quality and better value than others. Car parking was available and free.

I was woken up in the middle of the night because the toilet water was flowing back and it was very noisy. One of the TV did not work. There was no cutlery. Since there was only one bell boy when I arrived at hotel, I had to wait such a long time to leave my luggage. Card key didn’t work and I needed to come back to the front desk. I had to stand up when I put on make up. It would be nice if there was a dresser with a chair. No vending machines on sight at my floor.

Since the location of the hotel is away from the Strip, the price of the room was really cheap. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, even though it was a hotel in Las Vegas. Hotel receptionist was very friendly and kind.

the room was nice but the décor was somewhat dated, and the room was not serviced unless requested which had to be booked a day in advance

we had a strip view studio suite which was quite spacious and comfortable for the week we were there with fridge space to store drinks and snacks, and being attached to the casino there was a variety of food and beverage options available on-site with several other restaurants and convenience stores nearby

Unfortunately one of the security personnel who checks room cards for access racially profiled myself and another African American guest, I had to file a complaint! But it's the first time that has happened so it will not prevent me from staying at Palms Place in the future.

I love the location and the hotel accommodations and amenities. I find the standard room very spacious and a great value! The front desk staff are always courteous and professional.

Age is showing a bit, signs of heavy use. Very dusty in room, one TV didn’t work. Have to call and ask for dishware and utensils.
