My room’s AC was broken. It seems unlikely that the hotel staff didn’t know this beforehand. Hotel seemed to have a full occupancy and reception staff didn’t seem very helpful to other guests inquiries, so I didn’t want to ask to be moved to another room and risk having to find another lodging option further from IAH and having to pay a higher fare, my day had been bad enough after loosing my connection to Germany.

The odor when you walk into the hotel and the marijuana smell, at night, it seeps through the cracks of the rooms.

I really liked that the property was about 15mins from our home. The property desperately needs additional receptionist at the front desk. We stayed at the location due to the May 16th thunderstorms that hit our city. We stayed for two days and the receptionists on duty needs help checking in about 10 families at one time. In addition, you can hear people walking up and down the hall at all hours of the day. Especially at night. Totally disrespecting other guests. Overall, we are extremely thankful that we were able to book 2 nights at this location, given the city’s unexpected disaster. Finally, the cleanliness was fair. The stair-well’s carpet desperately needs to be replaced; it is very filthy. ❤️The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful when I requested additional bath towels. In addition, Receptionists, Carlos, Libby and the lady (who worked the night shift on Sunday) were verrry sweet and kind as well. All three staff members are truly an asset to your company! Thank you.

Shuttle. No clue how to reach Freen Tree from terminal B. Called many times. No answer. Paid 30 dollars on taxi !!!!

No shuttle when arrival , had to pay a cab , then asked at their front desk about it , and they told me it has to be reserved in advance , and I’m like that’s not what it said when I made the reservation , neither on all the other information emails previous to my stay

Floor was sticky, my sisters room, next to us, had two beds that were hammocking.

Our room was fine, okay for the price. Clean and comfortable. Had an elevator to lobby. Breakfast was nice. had many choices. Close to the airport. Did not use the shuttle.

Linens were not washed. There was a dried bugger on the duvet and a dark smudge on a pillow case. The airplanes taking off and flying right over the hotel did not make for a quiet night's sleep. Was hoping breakfast had more hot items (eggs, pancakes, etc.)

When I arrived, I had to look around the lobby for someone to check me in. That was very scary that there was no one apparently on duty....

They had no clean extra towels, housekeeping failed to pass through. We had an accidental spill on our sheets went down to switch them in and as well as towels they had nothing. The fridge wasn't working well either.

The suttle to the airport was 15+ min late and it was the first of the day (i dont know exactly because i left before i could lose my flight) The receptionists both during the day before and after the checkin were rude and made the experience even worse.

For the price you pay is ok. Nothing fancy, but the bed and the shower are good and ideal for a one-night/2 nights max stay. Very close to the airport and to a food court, which was a bonus and made easier.

Booked thru Booking.com over a month before arrival, prepaid 2 nights. We had travel issues so we didn't arrive until 2nd day. Front desk said too bad, no room as they canceled us and rebooked someone else! No refund. We had to call Booking.com who did a good job getting hotel straightened out. Then we were given 1st room, no heat; 2nd room no TV or smoke detector, 3rd was ok. This took our whole afternoon though, missed our Houston tour. Not impressed

Hotel itself is a great location. Airport was 5 minutes, shuttle service available at check-in. Lots of food options close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toiletries available. Secure, fenced parking. Continental breakfast available but not much; cereal and toast, apples, coffee, juice.
