For the amount of money we spent the rooms and hotel left alot to be desired. Its needs a DEEP CLEANING AND UPGRADE/renovation. The location great. Lobby beautiful. Rooms not good at all. Firstly it's not as pictured on the site. The room we stayed in had a very small sink area, very small desk/table area, and no real room to put any of our things. Now for the terrible....the shower had blonde hair in it, our drying towels had brunette hair in them, the headboard on the bed was old, cracked and peeling , and the tissue holder had old dripped paint that looked like white mold on it. The curtains were dirty with stains and dust and the window looked out into a bland courtyard/alley facing another rooms window. I slept terribly not because of the bed , but because the air conditioner screeched ALL DAY AND NIGHT!!! It sounded like an aircraft taking off in high pressure and last for hours before it would take a 2min break and start up again. I ended up turning it off and being stuffy the last night's stay. There were also small white pills in the air conditioning vent...very suspect!!! My husband removed them quickly. We spent as little time as possible in the room. If it were not for the RESTUARANT, location and hotel staff we would have left. Then we were only in town for 2 nights so we gritted our teeth and stayed. We were tired from an Anniversary cruise and was staying in Miami for my husband's birthday so finding another room that last min would have been difficult. Then the walls were a little thin as our last nights stay we heard a couple fighting over in the morning and could hear screaming and things being thrown around and knocked down. Oh and there is no elevator. Only stairs. Our room was downstairs, down the hall to the right. These people make tons of money and this hotel was just unacceptable. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE again unless they renovated. We even talked to other customers who felt the same way.

First off the location is wonderful. Its located in North Beach which is more quiet and laid back than South Beach. It's near lots of restaurants and stores for souvenirs, and regular shopping like Walgreens, and the beach is nearby. We also LOVED The Tavern restaurant that's apart of the hotel. Great food and great atmosphere. The staff was also great, with good customer service. The hotel also has a very pleasant smell throughout.

My room never got cleaned even after staying 3 and and begging for housekeeping to come. Ran out of tissue AND clean towels and wash cloths. Laundry had none

No lift, or support to take cases upstairs We moved the bed to be closer to plug sockets and it was very dirty underneath Very little within walking distance, busses and taxi’s needed Window overlooked another room and we could see them in bed!

The toilet was leaking in the room request for another room refuse to give it to me they did fix it but the next night I had a problem with the water it wouldn't get hot and the beds were too soft it felt like it was sinking you in like quicksand

Really bad mildew smell, scent stayed on my hair, clothes and items after leaving. Pool was closed for some reason, which was one of the main reasons we booked. While my room did not seem dirty, there were stains on the wall which looked like it was from cleaning products, cracks in floor, as well as the bed frame was peeling, which is off putting when staying at a hotel. This hotel definitely has potential If these issues are fixed.

Good location, very short walk to the beach. Restaurant was good. Room decor was nice.

One of 2 rooms was over a restaurant… you had to go through … to walk up 3 floors… it supposedly closed n locked up at 1130pm. But an early departure reviled 3 homeless like types sleeping; one in steps we used from our room 2230 down, and two on the couches of restaurant inside.

It’s was too loud during sleep time, my neighbor was slamming the door so hard, woke me up several times two nights in a row! Didn’t feel safe, I heard people outside in my window.. I was told that the housekeeper was coming every three days to change my towels, the next day I was there, someone entered to my room just to foiled the towels! I mean I didn’t like someone entering every time into my room.

The room had only bath tissues. This first hostel which I stayed at doesn't provide the face tissues or wipes. There was no microwave. The people who stayed in the adjacent rooms of the same floor made noise till 2 AM and ran here and there outside the room which upon complaining no action was taken.

The location is good. The receptionist lady who was there during my check in has helped a lot and guided me about making use of the Miami trolley/bus.

The pool is very small, it more likely for the kids than for adults. The headboards and the sides require renovations, the windows not possible to open.

The location is good , they let us check in one hour earlier. The internet connection is very good, the beds are pretty comfortable. The price are okay .
