Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Polandits a private apartment building and there seems to be problem between owners of the apartment and building administration. The floor is painted with some chemicals which makes socks greasy and dirty

Really enjoyed the view it was decent a bit pricey first it took about 30mins sitting in my car waiting for keys lady was very nice the parking space is very tight extra small very upset because we couldn't wait to get in the Pool it's wasn't working they said they up dated us to a Penthouse 🤔 with a hot tub No HotTub I was very disappointed 😢 it was why I choose to pay this amount they said we could go to the next building Really I don't Think so they Should have given me some of my. MONEY Back other than that I would have rented it often I'll just have to find something else where we can enjoy a hottub and a Pool

AustraliaFridge water/ice broke down the first day, maintenance came to try to sort the problem out but not able to so we had no filtered water or ice for the stay. The kitchen was well supplied but looked a little tired with wraps coming off cupboards, nowhere to sit down for a meal comfortably. The apartment could use just a little but of an updated having said that it was still very comfortable.
Excellent location, easy instructions on getting to and into the property. Plenty of towels and utensils, kitchen items and storage. Beds comfortable.Fantastic views over Long Beach Harbour

Canadabookings.com The owners were great, bookings.com harassed me with parking fees, I had to create a PayPal to pay. it wouldn’t take my visa debit for some reason. Bookings.com threatened to cancel my stay the 3 rd day in, because I couldn’t get the deposit/ parking figured out. we were out for the day and when I came back, my phone was blow up with threats of kicking us out. I tried and tried to pay online, however the site would t take my Canadian visa debit for some odd reason. it finally was settled after my fiancé opened a pay pal account.
