Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaDidn't like how loud nite club & area was on Friday and Sat night until 3am/4am. We decided to join in on sat nite at Gold spike, outdoor games & DJ were epic! Earplugs come with the room and are a must. The area was a bit rough 1 block away and wouldn't recommend walking solo.
Great location, 1 block off Fremont. I really enjoy not walking into a loud & smoky casino every time we left our room. The pool was very relaxing, bit cold but refreshing. The hotel had really cool murals all over! Philip was a great hostess! They provided hot water & coffee in am, which was great for my morning oatmeal.

United States of AmericaThere wasn't a trashcan in the room other than the one in the bathroom and the shower head wasn't the best. There wasn't a closet or very many places where I could store my clothes or place my suitcase. I was only staying the weekend so it wasn't a big deal for me this stay but something to consider for a longer stay. There's only a few lamps for lighting. There also isn't a mini fridge.
The swimming pool looked nice, the location was just right, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the staff members at the front desk, Phillip, even helped me find my ID. I liked the wood floors over carpet floors. The TV was nice. There was a night club and lots of fun things to do. They provided earbuds for when it gets too loud at night off of Freemont. It was a perfectly fine room for a weekend stay. Could be a disadvantage to some but there was a lot of extra security especially at night. I thought it made me feel a little bit safer. I really enjoy that it was adults only and there was a lot of stuff adults can enjoy on the premises including a back area with lots of games to enjoy.

United States of AmericaThe shower head was terrible and it was not draining properly, ac unit was pretty loud so was kind of annoying when you elate trying to go to sleep, however, all this was not a huge deal and would still recommend to anyone to stay here.
Great location being so close to Fremont st and the deuce bus to get to the strip, room was clean and that’s all we needed as we weren’t in the room but to only sleep we would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe bouncers are very extra. It was always something while trying to get in and out of my room. There was one time I was coming down from my room and trying to leave and they jammed me up and had another bouncer escort me to the door so I could leave it felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.
The location was great! Rooms were clean bar downstairs was fun they had a whole bunch of games to play like giant beer pong! We had a good stay here

United States of AmericaCould hear music a bit. not that bad and was given ear plugs as well. I could not sleep with plugs in ears. Parking is a bit of a challenge as the hotel parking lot is public parking as well. So had to park across the street and watch out for parking enforcement they are really ???????, trying to be nice about backing in.
It looks like all rooms overlook pool as ours did. With pool going this will be the place to go. Loved the "Back Yard" for game and fun. Easy and safe walk around corner and your on Freemont Street. Had free coffee in lobby as well.

United States of AmericaThe pricing was low...the resort fee was $22 I believe but the first room was not cleaned on the Gold Spike side it smelled like piss and there was a rag in the shower. The second room the door was broken you have to push it to open it the hinge was cracked on top at the table one of the legs are off and the bathroom is good but the toilet really doesn't have enough room. The maid service needs to step it up, I've heard complaints from other guests that they've been here for 8 days without one day of maid service. Another guest complaint was that they were here for 4 days with no maid service. I myself had to go down and fight with one of the receptionists which in turn he got the supervisor so I could book another day and get maid service because they didn't do it in the timely matter that he said they would which was 4 hours. The maids took my body wash I don't know what else they took cuz I didn't really look but they had the thought process to steal body wash. The maid service needs to step their game up they didn't even clean the room all the way I would say if anything that's a big problem customer service is great but they don't know how to have the maids clean the room every day that's something that needs to be addressed. If you pay for a service you would think you would get it everyday if you pay for a motel you should get maid service everyday you shouldn't have to ask but for this hotel you have to ask and then make sure it's done 🤷🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
The location by Fremont experienced the bed is soft and the room layout is nice. There are games outside for adults and there's no kids. The way Vegas should be when you come to the bar is open 24 hours and lots of games inside the bar also pool table and interactive wall and all around good environment.

United States of AmericaThe inconvenience of having guest that stay in the TOWER part of hotel during ‘Club night’. Had to show ID after coming out of elevator from my room to go out. Then security ask me to go take a picture for the head security person so I can be cleared to come back to my room (that I paid for 3 nights ago). The best way to avoid this inconvenience, is to stay POOL side (if you can get one-poolside cost more)
Convenient of the property was great, close to Fremont Street

United States of AmericaWe had to park and walk across the street to get to the entrance. The entrance is a night club that you must walk through to get to the elevator. That being said, you are trying to sleep at a party, they do supply ear plugs, if you are not there for a late night, not the place for you. I did do fine with the ear plugs and was able to sleep.
The room was very nice, we stayed in the tower, read my dislikes for more details.

United States of AmericaIt's so LOUD. Near a lot of action, so that's expected, but it just turns into an absolute din. You'd like your room to be a relief from all the action outside, but it's not. Thin doors and windows.
Always nice to find a room in that location that's accessible and easy, without dealing with a parking garage and navigating through a casino. I appreciate a simple room too.
