Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was not in a room I had reserved and was paying for. There was an access door to the next room, and I didn't feel secure or safe that it was secure enough not to be opened from the other side. There was a hole in the wall made by the entry door. I found mold growing in the bathroom wall behind the paint. The shower faucet was leaking loudly all night. At all hours of the night, other tenants were slamming their doors. Heavy footsteps from tenants upstairs went on all night, in to the morning. I reserved a room about 5 days in advanced requesting a microwave and refrigerator, since i was going to be a guest for a week and i was not given that, yet i continued paying for that feature. I brought it to the attention of the staff, and i felt that there was no concern about it. I only stayed 2 nights of my seven day stay and still was charged the 7 days. There has been no real attempt from the property to reimburse me for the nights I was not there. Honestly I am disappointed in how the facility is being run and cared for. I will never stay in that location again

Something was leaking on the hallway. I want there much just to sleep. The ladies at the front desk were very nice.

United StatesStaff had a lot of personal issues going on, and left front desk unattended to deal with them. Reeks of cigarettes even though it's a non smoking hotel. Elevator wasn't working, rugs in hallways were disgusting. Pool felt like it needed to be clean. No tp, one small towel, and the shower curtain lets all the water out. There needs to be a clearer sign on the entrance, we almost ended up entering a different hotel.
The air conditioner really works great, nice size room and bathroom.
