Parking a problem. To park next to hotel was $20 a night or you can park two blocks away for free, We parked on the street.

Large room and nice size balcony with a great view of boardwalk and beach. Food and beverages right outside the hotel. Great shower with rainhead showers. Air conditioning worked fine as did elevators

When we first checked in our lock, mechanism wouldn’t work we could not use her key card to get in but maintenance fixed it pretty quickly and the last day we were there we had no hot water

Ok, parking not the best, but we worked it out. No parking for trailers, car haulers, etc. The biggest rub I have is that the mattresses were worn out and tired!! The mattresses caved in when you sat on them!!

Ok, location was excellent, on the boardwalk, with 3 restaurants directly beneath the hotel. Room was clean, view, excellent!! Service was very good.

Sofa bed had no linens, stayed in room 212 and shop next door has a bright light shining right onto porch and into room should be adjusted

minor things light on balcony can't be turned off and is so bright it blinds you at night and lights up the room even with blinds drawn. TV shuts off randomly and you have to unplug it to get it to turn on again and remote is terrible no numbers on it you have to go thru all channels to get to the one you want.

Location cannot be beat. Room size is bigger than average with the ocean view balcony and premium outdoor furniture it makes the space perfect.

Car Parking was an issue, as Car Parking is far away from hotel, so going again & again to Car parking and coming back to hotel is a time waste & hectic. For Parking near hotel, they charge $12 per day, so for a week it will be $84, that is expensive.

The showers didn't get hot or have good water pressure. Indoor pool is very small. Parking is a block away, unless you get lucky.

I like the location. It was nice to wall the boardwalk.

Night time staff just smiled when I reported there was no exhaust system working in the bathroom. Black mold on ceiling of shower. Second drawer in dresser was broken, spread on bed dirty, sheets had an odor to them, and sofa bed tilted towards the back of the sofa.

We stayed in a kitchenette but it did not have pots, pans, cutlery to take full advantage of the accommodations. There was some mold on the curtains and I’m wiping down room again we found a few spots missed. Also took sometime for the trash container we left outside room to be dumped.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was extremely convenient.

That we had no A/C or heat in the first room & had to go to another room which was higher up ☺️ Again the Girl at the front desk took care of us!!

It was Oceanfront and you could hear the waves.... The Girl behind the front desk was Awesome 😎

There was no breakfast offered- the beds were small and very uncomfortable and the air conditioner buttons were broken. There was a smell of someone smoking pot in our hallway consistently.

The staff were great! The lobby was bright and lively, the pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. The rooms were clean and offered all the amenities.

I'm handicap and elevator was broken. We called before arrival and we're not told . Our door was very loud when closing. Beds were old.
