Vent fan made horrible noises, door frames were really rusty and pillow case had some stains. Had clock/alarm on side table but no electrical outlet.

Convenient, fair price and smoke free. Check in was easy, very friendly lady at the front desk. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Dog across hall barked early and often.

We had problems with the lock that were resolved immediately, so wasn't really an issue.

A hot water dispenser for making tea - if it was there, I just didn't see it but I did look! The only real negative was the noise proofing of the rooms. Granted it was a dog show weekend (and the dogs were not the noise makers) but a whole crew of owners/exhibitors who came in around midnight and they were LOUD and had a very LONG parting right in the hall. Also, in the connecting room, their cell alarm went off the next morning (I was long up) and it just kept beeping. Inconsiderate, yes, but I could clearly hear it in my room.

Breakfast wasn't too bad at all! Pancakes, cereals, bagels, toast, juice, apples, yogurt, and microwave breakfast sandwiches which were really quite tasty.

Heavy scent throughout hotel especially on the floor we stayed on. The lobby also has the scent but to a lesser degree than our room location. I am moderately sensitive to scents. I could taste the fragrance of the hotel in the back of my throat and after we left all our belongings smelled like the scent. The shower had great water pressure but it was not steady -several times it went from trickling out & making a loud pitched noise alternating with working normally.

We liked the ease of location. I was worried about noise from the highway but it wasn’t that noticeable. Beds were comfortable. Room was tidy.

Smelled gross when I walked in the room. I got sick from staying there. You should really think about disinfecting the ac unit and vents on it.

Breakfast can be improved

Very good & modern styled hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Room is well-kept, and bed is comfortable soft mattress. The staff were so courteous and friendly and welcoming. The rooms are accessible and the hotel and the facilities are well maintained. Room was very clean and with good sheets and mattress. The beds were very large and ample space in the room and well lit. Linens on the bed were spotlessly clean. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The hotel serves continental breakfast. I was with my son and we were on a Florida Coast to Coast bike ride. She allowed us to keep the bikes in the room and allotted us a ground floor room for our convenience. The hotel was some what close to the cycling trail and was convenient. The swimming pool was nearby and very small. Breakfast included but continental I booked this hotel since they were part of the Wyndham and Ramada group and it met my expectations.

To go to a restaurant you need a car you have to drive none within walking distance.

Staff was very nice and friendly rooms were clean. In the backyard of the hotel was fantastic My dog really enjoyed it.

The beds made my back hurt. There was little black hairs all in the bath tub and i have blonde hair!!!!!!!!
