Noisy! Rooms aren't very sound proof! And there is a man that lurks in the lobby! I've stayed here twice and he's been there both times! Creepy!

The beds are very comfortable

Didn't like the breakfast we was told that the kids could not bring food back to the room, but it was ok to order or get take out I was so confused. The pool was cloudy didn't look clean at all.

We had to use the stairs a few times because the elevator seemed to be resetting itself a lot! We were on the third floor so it was an annoying situation

There was a musty smell in the hallway. (You couldn't smell it in the room.)

Hall carpet was very dirty. Side door had broken glass. Minimal staff. Strong smell of marijuana in hall.

Lack of towels by the pool and in the room. The walls are very thin! Could hear everything from walking, stomping among other things when in the room and walking down the hallway lol

The indoor pool was small, especially considering we were a party of 13. Sign stated that the pool capacity was 45 people but that would have only been standing like sardines. The floors in our room had soft spots and were uneven. The carpet in the hall right outside our door had some kind of powder sprayed up underneath it. It smelled like a bug powder and where the powder was sprayed had never been vacuumed the 4 days we were there. We got the rooms with king size beds because they were supposed to be 419 square feet where the rooms with two queen size beds were only 279 square feet. There is no way that our room was 140 square foot bigger. Even looking at the chart at the front desk, it was clear they were not that much bigger. Our group had three rooms. We cleared out of the first two and were in the third one. I went to check the first two to make sure that nothing had been left behind and housekeeping was already in there cleaning. Then when we came out of the third room to go check out, they were standing there waiting on us to leave. I felt like we were being rushed out the door and it was still an hour before checkout.

I like that breakfast was included. Didn't have meat or fruit but did have eggs, biscuts and gravy, toast, muffins and cereal. Juice, milk and coffee also available. They had an indoor pool and hot tub. They also provide towels for pool although they were kid sized. I also like that they had a washer and dryer on site. Although it was constantly being used and I was unable to get to it. Was also told by people that had used it that the dryer had to be run twice to dry clothes. We ended up going to laundry mat down the road.

Walls are thin, you can hear neighbours from snoring and other activities 😅. Slept fine though.

The building is not well marked and a little difficult to get to.

Towels, 4 people in the room had to ask for 2 more sets from the front desk

The indoor pool: it rained and my grandsons stayed in there all day! Worked out well. Tanesha the receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast is not worth eating. They need to wash the shower curtain because it leaves a smell in the bathroom. The gym was not open.
