You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn’t like that there was no indication this was an extended stay hotel. I did not like that there was no room service until you stayed an entire week. I did not like there was no pool. Absolutely did not like the function of the air conditioner with the sensor which meant you roasted during the night since there’s no movement in the room.
The bed was comfortable and room was clean although there were a couple of dirty dishes though. The staff were all great.

United StatesThe room was sold as a queen, but our bed felt more like a full-size/double. We would have liked to have a better selections for breakfast but we did understand that most guests stay longer and cooked in their suites, so that was just a personal perspective.
The room was really nice. The business center was good. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to change our reservations since our work schedule changed a day early.

United StatesThe price from Bookings wasn't the price that I paid at the hotel. I actually paid $30 more per night for the first three nights. The fourth night was $40 more and the fifth night was $50 more. No explanations.
Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and I felt very safe there. They also have free laundry. The washers and dryers were very convenient to rooms. There is also a BBQ area.

United StatesYou have a thief working amongst you. I was a victim of theft from my room on the day of September 6 between the hours of 8am and noon. I am a photographer visiting my sister in Meridian for her birthday on the 6th. I brought 2 gifts which I had sitting together on the counter next to the sink. I left the room at 8:06am to shoot in the countryside. I returned at 12:10pm. Opened the door and the first thing I saw was one gift. The other was missing. I looked everywhere in the room and my car to be certain before I told the front desk. I talked to a person who came to the front. I asked if she was the manager and she said no. I asked to speak to the manager but he was not on the property. I explained what happened to my things. She smiled and said no one was in my room that day. I told her the only people who could enter my room was someone with a key. Those people would be myself and some one on the staff working on the shift between the hours of 8am to noon. She gave me the impression what I was telling her was amusing. However, she said she would ask other staff in the back if they went into my room. Of course, they said no. The young lady did not take it seriously and did not say she would follow up and in fact did not. Although she did not believe that any one entered my room I told her that I was telling her a fact. Not was I thought had happened but what, in fact, had happened. There was no followup with me the next day and currently no one has reached out to me and ask me anything or to follow up in any way. More than the fact that I am a victim of theft by a staff member, YOUR staff, one or more of YOUR employees whom your coworkers spend they're day with and may count as friends are indeed criminal. Your General Manager and Manager should take notice. Important notice. I could not feel a welcome guest or safe on your property.
The property is nice, quiet and close to my family who live in Meridian. Of all the good things one bad thing is disappointing and angering.
