It was just a glitch that is likely fixed now, but televisions in many rooms were not working. We still had what we needed to gather together and watch our Vols football game. That's the only thing I can come up with, because it was really a wonderful property!

Kate and Cindy provided us with all of the information we needed, and showed us around the kitchen area. They did not stay on site, but made sure we were in good shape before leaving. We had a wonderful assortment of groceries to use. We asked to be shown how to use the fireplace, which we used due to the dreary weather. The bathrooms in the guest rooms were beautiful, and we each had our own key to our door. My friends and I rented all of the rooms and had the place to ourselves for cooking, talking, reading by the fireplace and watching football.

We did not make it to the fire pit but unfortunately heard the loud music until we asked for it to be turned down or off around 11 PM.

Excellent, friendly host made us feel very welcome. Especially appreciated the welcome drink of Irish whiskey. Room was very nice and warm. Breakfast was just fine -- yogurt, fruit, and muffins.

If you're unfamiliar with the area, pay attention and look for the sign by the turn off to the property. I missed it a couple of times, even with navigation.

The owner, Kate, goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The whole house and grounds are very charming and comfortable. Kate puts a lot of care into the property and it shows. I stayed for a work trip and compared the cost with others that stayed at local hotels. McTernan was less expensive and undoubtedly nicer!

It was not really an issue but I would have enjoyed a more spacious restroom.

This is a very uniquely beautiful place. Great place for resting and relaxing. This was like a home away from home experience, plus more. I wish I had stay there more days to enjoy it natural surroundings.

A beautiful, charming place. My wife and I were there with two other couples. We had the whole place to ourselves. It was awesome! A different Irish Whiskey in each room - what a concept!

Interesting place to stay. BB with a difference, kitchen is all yours help yourself, fire pit outside make your fire and enjoy mixing with other guests. Whiskey named rooms with a bottle to try....home away from home feeling. Great would stay here again if in the area

Kate's beautiful B&B is in a beautiful and serene location. We had the pleasure of meeting Kate and a few other guests and had lovely conversation. My boyfriend and i cooked an amazing meal together to share with the other couple that was also staying in the home. The home is beautiful and very cozy. We look forward to coming back! Jenn & Josh

Really, nothing could have been better.

My host, Katie, was on top of every detail. My flights were delayed, so I got in at 5:30 am, and she arranged for my keys to be waiting. The kitchen was stocked, so had I needed something, it was right there. Everything in the room was cozy, but the bed was simply wonderful. I could not have asked for a better stay.

The kitchen was open to all guests and well stocked. The location was a convenient 25 minutes from my workshop. The beds were perfect after 16 hours in airports & 6 hours in a car.

property was absolutely gorgeous.. our room was super clean.. my wife felt like a queen for 5 nights.. so relaxing and refreshing. access to a beautiful kitchen. owner left food and treats available for guest to enjoy. very friendly host. CANT WAIT TO STAY AGAIN.

I cant say enough. From hospitality to cleanliness everything exceeded our expectations!!! Rooms are wonderful, lenins were so soft and comfortable and the whole place looked magical. My husband and I were smitten and we are 100% coming back ! AMAZING !!!!
