Great location. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. We appreciated that it had a washer, dryer, iron, and hair dryer. Loved the parking in the back of the house. Nathaniel was so helpful and great to work with. My Mom was injured during our stay, and he showed us immense kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location, large house, full size kitchen, comfy beds and multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. Place was great to stay and really quiet. It was perfect for our family road trip and allowed us to take a breather from the driving and give the kids room to relax.

Metal back door was a little hard to unlock at times; but could have been we were not a custom to the type of door.

Beautiful older home as described/pictured in listing. Host was available and gave clear instructions for back door. Quiet as possible in a city. Love being able to park out back as when we came back from Riverwalk the street parking was full. Enough hot water for multiple people to shower (rare in other older homes we have stayed at).

The home can accommodate up to 8 guests but kitchen needs to be stocked better with knives, sheet pan for the oven, non-stick pans that aren't scratched, cheese grater if you'd like to cook your own meals while staying here.

Spacious historic home a short drive south of Forsyth park. Big porch for sitting in the evenings, parking for two cars on-site. Close to good restaurants and easy drive to Kroger. Washing machine and dryer on-site a big plus for extended stays.

The host was very helpful & kind. The location was perfect for our nephew’s wedding at the Cathedral. We loved the charm & roominess of the house, the tall stacks of clean towels & the parking spots out back. Thank you for your care!

We were overall very happy with our stay. The only complaint is the train at 6am but otherwise great place to stay!

One of the mattress  was a little firm for me, but other than that everybody else was comfortable  mattress.

I loved the location. It was not far from all the things we were in town for. It was very clean , had everything I needed to cook with and seasons . The property manager was a very good communicator.

There was no garden view, outside dining, the living room furniture did not match the pictures, and it needed some cosmetic work. The online booking needs to be updated.

More attention to kitchen organization. General cleanliness could be improved.

The beds were very comfortable! Excellent kitchen appliances. Liked the automatic lighting when you walked down the halls. Towels were plentiful and fluffy. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

Train tracks less than a block away. The train goes through at 6:30am and can be heard clearly. It woke us up.

Just a couple suggestions. I would put the number 305 on the front of the house (if it was there, I didn't see it) - I had forgotten that it was yellow and easily spotted but was just going by my GPS. In at least one of the bedrooms, have a medium firm matress. Having back problems, a hard mattress isn't the best. One other small addition would be a hand held shower head. A small $25 cost would make taking a shower for a tall person a whole lot easier.

Great location, enjoyed the ability to have different bedrooms as opposed to a hotel. Though we didn't use the kitchen much - the full refrigerator and appliances were very nice!

There was nothing we did not like.

This was our first experience with an Airbnb, and after a long drive coming from PA, it was a lovely place to stay, and if we could stay here again, we would do it again. The owner was easily reachable, answered any questions promptly, and accommodated our change in plans for needing earlier check-in and late check out. The instructions to access the property we're easily able to be followed. The house was very clean and spacious and had all the necessary things to be comfortable. The neighborhood was great, and it was incessable to everywhere we needed to go.

it was a bit dusty and kids allergies started kicking in but not unusual for older homes. No complaints though, just a comment in regards.

So convenient, close to everything and has parking. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and felt like home away from home.

Only negative thing I saw were the ceiling fans were dusty, but other than that, the house was clean and comfortable.

Great location! Loved the house...plenty of room! Had most everything you would need at your own home. Enjoyed it much more than a hotel room.
