We were not able to figure out the coffee pots in the room. Even the staff could not help us. Very disappointed in that. Coffee in the morning is essential to us. May not stay again due to that.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was great!

Lovely old hotel which has been fully renovated to make it modern and very comfortable but still retaining the charm of coving, paneling, high ceilings and lots of windows. The staff were all lovely and the service was great. There is a lovely bistro on site and a great roof space for taking in the views of the surrounding town.

The weather was terrible in Anacortes the two weeks we were there. I think the room actually made it more tolerable!

Cute and comfortable room with a functioning kitchen. Staff were amazing, accommodating and helpful. Location is great right in downtown Anacortes.

Would’ve preferred a drip coffee maker over the French press- but the fresh ground local coffee provided every day was great! The seagulls song every morning was a great sound

Loved the convenience being in the heart of historic Anacortes- great shops and local restaurants to browse!

Only thing we did not like was noise from room upstairs. We can hear someone walking in the room very clearly. Sound proofing was not very good.

Beautiful historic boutique hotel. We stayed in a king suite with kitchen and fire place. It was a large room with a nice sitting area with a couch. Gas fire place kept us warm and cozy when we needed. Bed was very comfortable. This room has a bathroom with a tub which is essential to me. Kitchen was great. Need larger bowls for breakfast serial. I loved everything about this hotel. It was a pet friendly room but we did not bring our dog. It was a large enough room to stay with our dog. Lots of fabulous restaurants just across from the hotel and they all have dog friendly covered outdoor seating area some with patio heaters. Perfect hotel to come and relax even with your dog. We will bring our dog next time for sure.

Clean. Nicely appointed rooms with truly spectacular photography on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced cocktails and don't forget the carrot cake.

Wish the coffee bags were bigger because we are coffee drinkers and needed to keep going to lobby to get more, but the coffee with French press is delicious.

The food from room service was amazing, the calamari and pork chops were to die for.

Single worst toilet paper I've ever encountered in a hotel. Period. And that seems totally illogical from a place that claims to be an inn and spa. Like "Scott Basic" kind of bad. The shower grout showed some very obvious signs of orange mold and mildew, and the towels were dinky. The rooms across from the nightlife were quite noisy during live bands, but that'snot the hotel's fault. The beds, while not the worst we've seen, were a bit too firm and not great on our backs after a couple of nights. Maybe firmer pillows would help. The chaise lounge was gross and is basically a bed they can't clean - we would really rather have had a small table and chairs to eat and have cocktails or coffee. Lastly, the front desk seemed understaffed, and we were unable to speak to anyone on three of the four attempts we made to ask for directions, towels, and coffee. We will probably come back here, but will bring some extra creature comforts (like TP and towels) and choose our room location very carefully.

Good location next to a ton of restaurants and bars. Comfortable room size with upgraded facilities. Affordable pricing. Air Conditioners in the new building.

There was some garbage behind a nightstand and dust on top of the bed frame, lamps. Just minor details missed. On Monday at 6am some loud hammering started on the streets outside, unsure if it is another building's alarm or something else.

large windows in room, room service available, a sink with the fridge, the soaps were amazing-smelling too! The staff were always available, cheerful, helpful, and kind.
