Some people might be bothered by the noise of the light rail which runs right outside. But it doesn’t run all night and we didn’t mind.

Lovely clean hotel. We had a spacious corner room with a balcony, a small fridge and microwave. Great location close to waterfront. Very friendly staff

The staff upon arrival, and also I asked for a room on the top floor and we were given a room on the second floor and there was a street light pole right outside our balcony and the curtains didn't block the light

I booked with my son credit card, they only told me when I arrived that they didn't accept the card without my name and they didn't accept cash, They should have told me before I come to use other cards They didn't clean the room for four days, may be I have to ask, no regular cleaning like other hotels

Although the hotel is downtown LB, the only complaint was the noise from the lightrail but it does stop running at a certain time of night so it did not affect my sleeping. I loved the balcony and the room was extremely clean and very modern. The bidet was an added bonus.

Open pool windows

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond so that we would enjoy the stay. The room was very nice and there was even an indoor swimming pool but when we were the windows were open so it was too cold. Anyway, the location in Long Beach is superb. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Parking under the hotel is relatively limited. However, additional parking is available on the north side of the building if the covered lot is full. No complaints.

Nice location in downtown Long Beach. You can walk to the convention center, Pike Outlets, waterfront restaurants, and many downtown bars within five to ten minutes. The hotel itself is clean and very modern, with friendly staff.

It was a bit noisy in the room being on a busy corner with public transportation.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to shops and restaurants. I also liked the balcony and view from the room. The staff was kind and helpful.

My only complaint is of no fault of the hotel. I got a balcony room facing the street, and even though I was four floors up, there were a lot of unhoused people hanging out in front, being loud into the night. But, that is downtown Long Beach so you cannot really get away from it.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows (an overlooked asset in most hotels), and a Japanese toilet - what a treat! Appreciated the sauna and steam room, too.
