United States of AmericaI don't know if the mattress was old or just super soft, but it bowed in the middle when I sat on it and made a lot of noise. I stayed to one side, though, and got a great night's sleep! I was told that the bathroom sink should have been taken care of before I checked in, but I just used the sink in the kitchen area rather than switch rooms.
The front desk staff was friendly and professional! My room had a clogged bathroom sink, and she offered to switch my room for me. (only there for a night, so I didn't, but I appreciated the offer) The room was dated but clean. There was a nice, large shower, an economy kitchen (that I didn't use), and a small table and chairs. I was only there for a night, but the pool looked nice, and there was a laundry room available. There was great proximity to the highway, many shops, and restaurants. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe here. It seemed like there was a mixture of travelers and short-term residents.

United States of AmericaThe shower was bad. Took forever for the water to heat up. The room lacked a trash can. Most hotels have one both in the bathroom as well as the room. The printed map was abysmal and took me forever to find my room, it's a large property so the map could be more helpful.
Staff was excellent. Very kind and helpful. The wifi was simple to setup and reliable. The location was convenient. I like that the bed was situated near the air conditioner. I like that check in is at 2 instead of 3 and you can come an hour early with no extra charge.

No housekeeping even though I'm not on extended stay. Staff seems to be eager to go the extra mile to satisfy guests, but overall company policies did not live up to standard hospitality.

United KingdomThere is no way to communicate with this property. They don’t respond to messages on Booking and none of their phone numbers work. The only phone number that works is the one by the office.
The room was very clean and the pool/tub area is very cute. Fast wifi and responsive staff (if you call the number outside their office). They do provide out of office check in and I am not sure why the description doesn’t mention this.

United States of AmericaI was on the second of three floors. Soundproofing between floors could be better. But that's the only negative I can think of.
The property was well maintained and noticeably clean, with well groomed landscaping, no litter, a worker was even cleaning hand rails on the stairway. For the price, it was exceptionally nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a full full size fridge/freezer, electric stove, microwave, kitchen sink and coffee maker. The toiletries were complete and higher quality than most places. No cheap little packets. Iron and full size ironing board, four large fluffy pillows per bed. Spacious shower.

United States of Americathis was our first stay at the hotel, we were not able to get key because we arrived at 12:30 am . the office was closed. when I booked this room it asked me what time I would arrive for checkin I selected "I don't know". I was unaware that the office would close at 8pm. I am very disappointed that I had to rent a different hotel and this hotel does not give refunds and did not have clear information of the checkin of the after hours when I booked this stay and I lost $189 dollars

United States of AmericaThe room smelled of smoke, and it caused me issues to breathe. The staff was unwilling to provide an additional blanket as the room was not warm enough and dirty around the heating unit. I do not think I got value for the funds paid, and having to consider future visits, I will not go to your property. I also got the connection to your hotel through Priceline, but I was not informed that I had to pay a deposit that would be returned in approximately 35 days. If a person has a sound credit card, there should not be such a requirement, especially if I am a doctor and spend the night there because of another medical appointment. Such practice has deterred me from revisiting your locality because I saw plenty of hotels nearby that do not share that practice. Perhaps because of the clientele you serve, you need to take precautions, and that is understandable, but it should not be a rule of thumb for all people as you are exploiting my money for no real reason, and I did not sign a consent to give a deposit. Your staff replied it was on the Internet, but when dealing with Priceline, it was never shared. I could understand a deposit for a classy hotel, but yours is not, and there is nothing to damage.
