Value for money was spot on, the beds were comfortable enough, the breakfast was fantastic and the free shuttle to the Airport made this fantastic value. The bedrooms and hotel is aging but it was priced accordingly and we thought it was great value for the money. Swimming pool complex looked great and the outdoor area was lovely.

Tried to message hotel regarding shuttle from airport but got no reply thru Booking.com messaging. Found out when we got to airport at 11 pm that shuttle doesn't run till after 10 pm and had to take a $38 cab ride. Hotel is being renovated and when I turned the corner from the front desk I wondered what kind of place I had booked. Fortunately when we got to our room it was much nicer than that hallway.

Room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Very accommodating staff.

There was no bottles of water in the rooms, there is no restaurant in the hotel. There was no cold water from the sink only burning water.

The advertisement said there was a free shittle to and from the airport. We were not picked up and needed an Uber to get us back to the airport. This location is currently undergoing a major renovation. There was an entire wing that was blocked off, but there was construction dust in the common areas.

We liked the price and the cleanliness.We had a good sleep for our one night here.

The elevator was old and dirty. I will also expected to be picked up at the airport but my flight was delayed and the hotel shuttle did not had service at 11pm

The hotel is under renovation, I mean, we were in an area already renewed, was very good, but there is some noise but on the lobby area, in the rooms is very quiet..

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is decent, the shuttle is of course a good thing to be mentioned, takes you to the hotel and backwards, but in our case we called the hotel to tell them that we were there

I would like to use the pool in the morning for refresh before next flight but it Is open after nine o'clock. It is a pity.

We were at La Quinta for the third time And we are satisfied here. It is quiet place with very comfortable beds. This time we had room with two qeensize beds and that was really great. Last time we had smaller room And my husband needed to sleep on sofa. But now it was perfect. There was new cosmetics in the bathroom, very nice. I like the pool, but this time we did not use it, because we came late in the evening. Breakfast was adequate, American style, coffee, tea, milk, flavored yogurt (white would be appreciated), nothing fresh except an apple and the option to make your own waffles. The staff at the reception was matter-of-fact, not particularly friendly but very polite. The lady at the breakfast was very nice. Thanks and I think we will visit this place soon again

Many details not finished after renovation. There was a bed sheet pined with thumb tacks over the window, very bad detail! There are no black out curtains, too much outside light coming in at night. Bathroom doors won't close so imposible to have privacy.

Great mid size hotel very close to the airport. Beds were super comfy, rooms modern, spacious , well laid out. TV was great. AC was new and worked great. Continental breakfast was very decent. Shuttle bus was timely and efficient. Close to restaurants. Lovely and plenty of towels great bathroom amenities like bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion above what we expected

I didn’t like the bathroom water was coming from the other room water pipes must get repaired. The shower chair for wheelchair users is in bad condition dangerous someone can fall. Customer service needs improvement

The staff was so rude and mean. I am a bubbly person but I avoided them at all costs. They kept implying upon my check-in that I smoke (I do not). If you smoke outside you must air out and spray yourself or they will keep you deposit. I was told my cash deposit would be given back after they checked the room.....they didn't even check. There was no microwave in the renovated room but there was a place for it. Then there is a nice shower but no where to place your soap while you wash. I found a side door to use so I would not have to talk to them. I extended my stay for almost an extra week and they were giving me a hard time with that....wanting another deposit when I gave them cash. They were nice to the men...perhaps a culture thing. Loved the room but doubt I will return due to the staff being so rude.

The staff. My entire 9 day stay…the only staff that made me feel comfortable was a lady….a white American lady who was beyond friendly. The guys….be prepared for them to stay in their phone while you wait at the counter for help, they have attitudes and act like you are bothering them. I was going to go back but it was just the staff….they made me avoid the lobby and them.

My room was so nice, and it was quiet for the most part they even came and made my bed and cleaned when I took off my Do Not Disturb sign and put my little baby sloth twin stuffed animals back leaning in the pillow to watch tv while I was gone.
