Fantastic place! It’s right downtown and everything is within walking distance. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious. We will definitely rent again the next time we are in Nashville.

Having to leave, there wasn't anything wrong with the space. It is a great apartment.

Very beautiful space in a great location. The pool table and snacks were a very nice touch. The space was fresh and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone. Wished we could have stayed longer. One of the best rental units I have ever stayed in. It will be my first choice if I'm ever in the area again.

The host was quick to respond and the apartment is beautiful. It is located right in the middle of downtown close to everything. As others have mentioned, the apartment is above a bar. On Sunday night they have karaoke which lasted until midnight. I could see this being an issue for some but we had no problems with it. It ended right on time and then it was very quiet. Also, the beds are super comfy! We would definitely stay here again.

I could not find a single thing I didn’t love about this apartment.

The vibe of this apartment is immaculate! It really felt like a home away from home. The apartment is right downtown and there are so many places that you can easily walk to and explore. I highly recommend this property and we will be booking it again in the future.

accomodation is directly over a live music bar which fortunately 'drew the curtain' @ 11pm but for some (travelling with young) that might be a problem

Hailie did an amazing job setting this whole thing up. This is the best place we have ever stayed in our lives. Which means with everything we could ever imagined.The pictures just don't do it justice because it's nice so much more nicer than the photos. Jaw-dropping when we walked through the door..

Wonderful location, walked everywhere downtown, roomy, bright natural light in main living area, nice kitchen, plenty of bath towels, black cloths for makeup was a nice touch, the music below did not bother us we stay up late, and the hosts are very caring, friendly, and helpful!

This space was an absolute delight! It exuded an eclectic, cool, and captivating vibe that immediately won me over. The location? Absolutely unbeatable. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, offering both functionality and style. The street view added an extra element of enjoyment to the ambiance, making the whole experience even more delightful. Comfort? Top-tier, without a doubt. If I ever return to Knoxville, I will try to stay here again.

Location, furnishings and decor, swanky vibe, and overall value were fantastic. You can walk anywhere downtown. Restaurants, shopping, and Market Square are all right outside your door.

It is very convenient to the Tennessee theater. Where we attended a concert. The couple who owned the facility were very, very sweet. They suggested good places for us to eat and a place for a night cap!

Guests definitely need to take note that it’s located directly above a bar. We were out late so it didn’t affect us, but the earplugs next to all beds was a nice touch.

The decor and comfort was wonderful. Location was great. We were only in town for a night but we checked out Maple Hall right across the street which was the cutest little bowling alley and then went to a few local bars. Wish we had had more time to visit!

There was nothing not to like here. A caution to those who cannot do stairs. I was more than able with a bad ankle, there are stairs to enter.

The lack of parking, but we were aware and the garage was relatively nearby.

The apartment exceeded expectations, was very high end decorated, very comfortable and well located. We only wish we were in Knoxville longer and will highly recommend to others.

The Skybox played music till mid night. They are not open Monday and Tuesday. The music was not too loud and it didn't bother us.

The noise from the downstairs Sports Bar could have been a problem but we stayed on Sunday night and they closed early. I can see how that may be an issue if we had wanted a more quiet experience, especially if we were staying on a Friday or Saturday night.
