One day, I was coming from my meeting and need to ask the counter guys a question. He was on the phone sees me standing in front of the counter for nearly 10 minutes and didn't look at me, didn't give me any eye contact or saying, "I will be right with you, sir." None of that, so I wait and wait until I can't wait any longer, I just go straight to my room w/o asking him the question. On my last day, I saw one of the bed has a bug, a "bed bug" or a "tick" crawling from one pillow to the other. I took a picture and notify the front desk (not the same guy but a different guy for different day).

I like two beds for the price of one, nice view to the streets, no noise from opposite rooms, hot water, mini refrigerator, microwave, iron, AC, lights, Lazy boy chair, working table and many outlets to charged accessaries.

Lady at front desk took my ID to photo copy and didn't give it back. Went back to get it 5min later and she acted like she had no idea who I was. Bathroom was not very clean in the room. TV didn't work in the room. Parking lot was full of snow and cars covered in snow so not many places to park. Kleenex stuffed in the peephole of the door in the room.

Didn’t clean our room unless we specifically went down to the counter and asked them to do it. Even after asking, they only made the beds but did not clean up the bathroom and refill soap and shampoo. we thought after asking the first night, they would make it a habit to service our room each day, but they did not. We stayed for 5 nights and only had it cleaned once. They also locked the lobby door after 10pm, which was a little sketchy. Made us feel that we were in an unsafe place. Website advertises breakfast, but does not offer breakfast.

The rooms need cosmetic maintenance. And some of the outlets in my room were either not working or looked not safe for use.
