You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Jumped prices up double for UT games. Water Park and pool don't work and likely never work again. The worker stated we got the best room in the house. If that's the case we should talk about the your trash of a room. Totally disappointed.

The beds were too soft. My back hurt for several days. The mattresses are worn out. One lamp was functional.

the hotel is run down and in need of updating. the smell of cooking (no restaurant onsite) coming from the rooms was over powering and very off putting. have higher expectations for a room and facility that charges almost $200 a night. will never use this hotel chain again!

Dirty towels, weird placement of room booking when nobody staying there. Everything in room extremely old, air conditioner didn't work. Zero shower pressure. It's about a $39 hotel.

Mold was growing on the walls around the sprinkles and the tub moved when I was standing in it. Bedspread stained. Heater was over the door and I couldn't reach it. They were unable to print me a paper receipt because I booked online.

Non smoking but blankets and sheets with burn holes in them. You can tell they are updating and fixing things. But for a quick night stay I've definitely seen worse.
Location and convenience. Short notice booking. Security for my vehicle. 24hr maintenance and police detail.

The hot water for the shower didn't last but a couple of minutes so we didn't get to take a decent shower. The air conditioner didn't really work so it was hot during the night. And there was something that flared my husband's sinuses up so he stayed a little sick. The plugs ins for your charger attached to the lamps didn't work well.
It was easy to find.

Did not receive receipt upon payment as told, though staff were nice and friendly. There was a strong odor throughout the building, like efforts were made to cover other odors. No trash can in room. Dirty washcloth hanging over shower curtain rod when we got there. Tub part of shower was very slippery with no grab bars. Water pressure in shower was poor. Toilet seat was loose on one side, not securely seated. Comforter and fitted sheet had cigarette burns. Bed was uncomfortable. When turning on the wall light in the shower / toilet room electrical crackling was heard at the switch. The bed side table lamps have built in outlets that were not secured to the lamp fixture base. They were loose and hanging out. Air conditioner was very awkwardly working at best. No elevator. Had to carry all belongings to 2nd floor.

Rooms smell of mold. One of the secured doors to the exterior had a broken lock. Hot water is inefficient. Twice I took a luke warm to cold shower. The shower insert in one room was cracked. When getting the second room due to cleaning staff trying to clean my room at ONE A.M. The front desk attendant came off as rude about the situation.
The rooms were not untidy. Location is good. My belongings were returned to me that I'd left between room changes that I did not expect.
