You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Got there and the room they gave me was horrible. They should have check there appointment schedule before hand. Other than that, it was very good.

Bathroom could be cleaner, especially the bathtub
Breakfast=muffin, coffee and sometimes granola bar. Bus stop at 8-10 min walking distance to reach Times Sqares. Express Bus stops in front of the Extended Stay America Suites-Secaucus-Meadowlands. Free parking Frontdesk helpfull

Hoy water was barely warm and th heat in the room is barely working with a loud noise. Then the usual banging in the door to find out if I was staying. Better to get called on the phone then that obnoxious banging on the door like police!!!
Everything was fine till I used heat and hot water in a cold day that also snowed!!

Nothing. Great stay at a great price!
Loved the location. We were there for a game at MetLife Stadium! Loved the little river walkway in the back! The parking lot was well lit and clean. The room was clean/the whole place smelled great! The best part was the staff though - The staff was AMAZING!! So helpful and accommodating - we arrived SO early and were trying just to use the rest rooms but the manager let us right into our room and then helped us find a good restaurant nearby and had tons of helpful hints for the game.

The lobby was very dingy and appeared dirty, it could use a good vacuum. The room wasn’t the cleanest, beds very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very limited. No milk or cream for tea and coffee. No fruit. Packaged muffins and granola bars. Front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. Could not offer help with transportation options/local attractions. No utensils or dishes in rooms. No coffee maker or tea kettle.
Beds were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Location was fantastic for NYC and MetLife Stadium. Adequate parking.

Asked for the room not facing highway. The room was right in front of a busy bridge.
Location was great.Close to the bus station . Breakfast was as expected from reviews, coffee and muffins.

Elevator was slow and kept breaking. Other than that everything was fine
Very close to NY city. Price was decent for location. Staff very friendly. Nice it hen area and clean rooms. Free shuttle service into Manhattan even though we didn't use the service. Free parking. Overall a nice stay

Breakfast is worst. They served only cup cakes and some bars and hot coffee. Not much option.
Front desk staff specifically Mr. Jose was great. I had left wallet on reception by mistake but it was kind enough of him to walk to my room and handover to me the same. True Gentlemen and great human being.

Rooms are very old and could definitely use a renovation - the carpet was under bad conditions. Staff was not as friendly as you expected for a hotel.

Cons: Our bathtub faucet had black mold on it, they only gave us 3 small pillows that were very uncomfortable and they smelled like mildew. The parking lot floods a lot when it rains, so be careful where you park. The breakfast is very small but at least it's something. The freezer made this extremely annoying ticking noise that kept me up at night.
Pros: Great location! Near everything important in the area. Love how the rooms have a full kitchen and a nice bathtub. Regardless of it having a small grab and go breakfast, at least something is available. Price was worth it for the weekend we stayed.
