The lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I got a room for my mom who is elderly and the room had a urine smell to it. The room looked very clean and so did the carpet I think it was coming from the crackling floor in the bathroom????? It was some kind of fake wood tile. Somebody should chk rooms before checking in. Guests You had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice and no air conditioner on 3rd floor. 1st and 2nd floor ice machine not working for 2 days? The view from our window was the worst one ever. And our window was unlocked on the first floor it didn't look to safe. I mentioned the roach at the entrance to the second girl on duty probably because of the trash piling over?? She had her head baried In the computer i don't think she really cared. I would have rated a little higher for this property if the urine oder was not a factor. I know elderly have accidents and that's ok but it is YOUR job to make sure your property is clean and sanitized!

The TV worked well picture and reception we're good we had a fridge, microwave & coffepot. I give the room a 5 star not the best but ok. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was good and the girl who chkd us in. Hallway looked very clean. And smelled good.

Other than the shower curtain not keeping the water from going all over the floor. Everything else was excellent. I would recommend.

Wasn't exactly a "suite". No sofa or other furniture, just a little larger room. Paid a lot less for a much nicer room elsewhere. Over priced for what we got.

At least they had breakfast although no hot food.

The breakfast juice machine was broken throughout my stay, and one morning no breakfast was available.

The housekeeping team was absolutely terrific. Very easy access to Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge.

The neighborhood dogs barked all night long!!!! I'm sure other guests are not pleased about this let alone the neighbors to that dog. Does Saccaro have a city ordinance on barking dogs? Maybe this should get looked into otherwise nice stay for one night for a road trip, traveling thru to Arizona If you plan to stay here request a room in the rear of the hotel, maybe less barking dogs. We had to turn on the tv and fan to drown out the noise.

The coffee machine in the room made terrible coffee. We tried multiple times, but it always came out like colored water.

Walls were too thin. Noise from next room prevented sleeping. Door connecting next room had a gap of 2 to 3 inches above threshold. Heard every word from next door.

It was ok. Pretty normal. Room waz clean. Bed comfy.

The room was a very spacious room. We had a great time. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the fresh chopped chilis.

There was a light bulb that was flashing in the bathroom. I unscrewed it a little to make it turn off. I reported it to the front desk and the young man didn't really make a note or anything to indicate it would be fixed.

We were given the handicap room for some reason ,water from shower ran out on floor and the shower looked like it had black mold.
